He Was the Best!
I am renaming Jonathan “the licensed plumber” THE DETECTIVE. He walked in the door with his protective shoes on and a big grin at the end of the day and pulled the washing machine out and said, there is no sign of leaking on the drywall; the carpet in the next room is dry; the floor under the washer is dry; let’s just try putting in some drain cleaner in the water drain and then run the “Self Clean” cycle and that should do it… he said we should do this as lint gets stuck in this quite often. He was the best! Thank you, Jonathan (The Detective)!

We have used Knochelmann for well over a decade. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and personable. I've never felt like they have upcharged or taken advantage of me. Today they had to install a PRV valve that my HVAC technician told me would need replacing. As you can see, it was very bad. I use them for HVAC and my plumbing needs. Highly recommend them.
