Fast, friendly service at an affordable price. Wednesday 2/18. Today Lucas came to my house to do a furnace inspection and tuneup. He was fast, friendly, and explained the procedure in detail. Overall it was a great experience.

Steve, Lucas, and Charlie did an excellent job. As they completed the inspection, they took the time to explain the key areas that they noted and the recommended follow-up. They were training Charlie, so they pointed several important procedural items for him as well. This was a routine visit that we regularly schedule. Our system is 10 years old and going strong!

Professional and Clearly Explained
Knochelmann Services HVAC workers Greg and Eddie assessed and diagnosed our HVAC problems. They were professional and clearly explained the issue and helped set up a work plan to resolve it. Dylan, plumber, quickly diagnosed our situation with a shower. He also explained what had happened and that there was no repair needed. He fixed the water heat situation.

Thank You Knochelmann for Honest Service
Found water on the floor by my hot water heater. My home warranty AHS assigned a repair service to me (not Knochelmann). The repair service assigned to me called and asked what was my issue. I explained finding water on the floor next to my hot water heater. I told the repair service assigned to me my hot water heater is less than 2 years old and was installed by Knochelmann. I also explained that I had placed a call to Knochelmann to inquire about any warranty coverage. The assigned repair service never came to my home to look at my issue; they just called me and submitted a claim to my home warranty AHS stating I needed a new hot water heater, with out-of-pocket costs of 1300.00 in addition to the 125.00 service call, stating my issue was “normal wear and tear.” I called AHS and asked if I could pay out of pocket and get reimbursed since Knochelmann had installed the hot water heater and I probably had some type of warranty on my hot water heater. AHS declined my request, said they use reputable service contractors. My problem ended up being a failed bladder in my expansion tank. Cost 600 dollars to replace. Thank you Knochelmann for prompt and honest service.
