Had two of the best oil service technicians for annual furnace inspection. Ted Tremblay and Chris Gale were professional and extremely informative of the work they did. Would recommend Strogens along with Ted and Chris for any heating needs.

I’ve used Strogen’s Service Experts every year for boiler maintenance and cleaning, and they’ve always been reliable.
This year, we had an issue with our boiler smelling, smoking, and discharging carbon deposits from the exhaust. Ted came out on a repeat call and was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. He went through the entire system and found a faulty control unit that was causing the problem.
He was able to source the part quickly and returned the same day to fix it. While the repair cost wasn’t ideal, I really appreciated him catching the issue early and preventing what could have turned into a no heat or hot water emergency.
Overall, very pleased with Ted’s expertise and the service provided. I’ll continue using them going forward.

I had a clogged boiler and my technician was Henry Jeffrey. He was very professional in conducting the cleaning, and he ended up replacing an ignitor and kept me informed on what’s going on. He cleaned up after, and I was very happy with the job he did.

All Fixed Now
Heat went out on December 23rd and a technician was out the next day. Wound up having to order several parts which did take some time. Heat was restored prior to a very cold spell but went out again. Another technician came out and found another part had failed. He was able to get the furnace started so I did have heat. Ted returned the following week and installed the part and it's all fixed now. All the technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you all very much.

Once again, Strogens came to the rescue
Once again, Strogens came to the rescue on a snowy Sunday afternoon. We had a frozen pipe that fortunately didn’t burst, but they left us a couple of space heaters. Everyone I have ever spoken to is so professional and helpful, especially the technicians. And as a sidenote, the service agreement is so worth it!

Our technician Ted deserves 5 stars! He was great and got our heat and hot water back up and running. We were not happy with calling for emergency service. It was brutal cold and we waited 2 days with no heat. Even Ted said that was unacceptable. We were under warranty, too.
