Our Technician Ted Deserves 5 Stars
Our technician Ted deserves 5 stars! He was great and got our heat and hot water back up and running. We were not happy with calling for emergency service. It was brutal cold and we waited 2 days with no heat. Even Ted said that was unacceptable. We were under warranty, too.

Impressive repair service for a malfunctioning valve on our furnace. Brittany and Derek were professional and helpful this morning. Very pleasant. Brittany came to our house for an emergency assessment two nights ago and discovered what was wrong. She is definitely knowledgeable and explained how we would remedy the issue. It is reassuring to see young women working in this repair service. Also, a shout-out to customer service for scheduling our service repair. Very helpful to get the updates about when the technician would arrive. Thank you.

The office staff set up the appointment to have a representative come to my home in a few days. Derek arrived and evaluated the situation with my existing steam heating system. An estimate to replace the unit was also provided quickly. Great response. Hope to make a decision in a few days.

Communications with Strogen's and getting messages about arrivals, etc. was excellent. They are the gold standard that all service businesses should follow. Chris & Derek were very polite, thorough, and explained things very clearly. This was appreciated because one of the occupants has mild dementia and she actually understood what they were saying. They did not have to speak with her but they were very kind, patient, and used a gentle voice. I have never had service people come here and treated her with such respect. Thank you!

After quite some time, I finally got a service technician to come to my home and service my boiler. I had a technician by the name of Matthew Hendry, and he was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Always top-notch service with Strogen’s. My 26-year-old boiler was serviced by Brittany. She took the time to review everything. Very personable and professional. Unfortunately, it will need to be replaced. Not a shock. Met with Derek, who went over options and was great to deal with. I know by choosing Strogen’s to install my new heating system, I will be receiving great service and, more importantly, peace of mind this winter.
They both tried to be as helpful as possible.
We had a pipe in the heating system burst. The same evening after our call, Jonathan Bovee came, evaluated the damage, and repaired the leak the next day. He was very informative and all communication was great. Then Derek Notarangelo arrived to explain about the system replacement and various financing options. They both tried to be as helpful as possible.

Exceptional Job Explaining Issues
Strogens has been caring for my Lennox HVAC system for the past 13 years. Chris came out today to perform annual furnace maintenance. He performed various tests, troubleshooting, and cleaning. As my furnace is reaching the end of its lifecycle, he did an exceptional job explaining various issues and specific areas that needed to be addressed. Derrick was extremely helpful in providing system replacement options for me to consider as well as cost-saving discounts that would be available to me. I really appreciate the honesty and the knowledge they both shared.

Once again, Strogens came through! My water heater was not giving me hot water. Sunday, when I called, they were booked but fit me in! Matt was great! He told me the heater was from 2008 and refurbished in 2016. It's 17 years old, so he worked his magic and got me hot water, but with the age of it, it's questionable for how long. Wes is going to call and give me a quote on Monday or Tuesday. So far, for the past 8 years, Strogens has not done me wrong!! ❤️
