Relief Is Only a Phone Call Away
Man, we put these technicians through their paces. We have the 'advantage' plan, which we have paid for, for years, strictly because our home has so many HVAC needs that have to be addressed promptly.
Today, our favorite specialist came back out to the house, much to our surprise, and relief. Jason V., who serviced our home in the past, showed up right at the end of the day, long after most places would tell us it'd be a next day, or day after wait. Cleared our lines, helped replace the filters, checked the additional unit at the opposite end of the house, but most importantly — gave us peace of mind, that the unit would survive these harsh Texas summer months. It's a constant struggle, but thanks to the service experts like Jason, I know that relief is only a phone call away.
