My units were purchased through Crawford Electric in 2017, which apparently went to a merge with another company doing HVAC. I'm very pleased with the service I just had on my system, which is required maintenance once a year, and the two individuals that showed up, Victor and Tim, were very polite and very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with them servicing my units, and I would recommend Service Experts to anyone given the same level of care that these two provided. Peace of mind is a good thing to have these days.

Jason V is very knowledgeable
Jason V from Service Experts came to repair my AC unit that the outside unit had stopped working, but the inside fan remained blowing for almost two days. He came and immediately diagnosed the issue. He repaired the unit by replacing the float part in the unit that failed. He explained everything that I asked and gave a sense of what had caused the unit to fail. Jason V is very knowledgeable about troubleshooting and repairing AC issues.
