Joshua checked it out and got the thermostat functional
We were having a problem with our heat pump unit and were not sure what the problem was, thermostat or the unit. Joshua checked it out and found that the thermostat was reacting intermittently to a programmed schedule, so he deleted the schedule and got the thermostat system functional again. He then checked the heat pump unit and found that it was malfunctioning due to an overpressure situation with the compressor. He contacted Kyle to confirm corrective action and the two of them resolved the issue and the unit is now functioning satisfactorily. Thanks, guys. We really appreciate what you did.

Kyle showed up as expected, introduced himself and went right to work. He repaired some seals that had broken and let dust in, then he cleaned the dust. He did his work with minor interruption and asked for questions a couple of times. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He left us with a positive impression.

We are truly thankful
We had a water leak under our sidewalk, and Canyon State's employees, Andrew Zacek and Victor Reyes, worked tirelessly, breaking through 4 inches of concrete and then digging down through 2 feet of mud to find the leak and fix it. We are truly thankful for their skills and work ethic in fixing this challenging water leak.

Joshua Carlon came out this morning, New Year's Eve, to do a maintenance inspection of my furnace. He was friendly, polite and efficient. Even helped me get my thermostat app figured out. I have had good luck with Canyon State and all their technicians over two houses and many years of installs and service.
