Lorenzo explained everything during our sales visit, and it was easy to get the process started. The technicians were very polite and kept us informed on the progress of the installation, explained how to use the new thermostat, and everything was left clean. I would recommend them.

Lazar from Canyon State performed a 6-month service on our HVAC unit today. He introduced himself and went right to work. He was very courteous and helpful to ensure all of our needs were met. He saw the new air filter as he entered and he installed it for us.

This is now a year later - 11/28/25
We have a service contract with Canyon State and they called to schedule the bi-yearly maintenance. Jesus and Lorenzo came out and tuned up our two units, which are now 10 years old. They are aging as expected, some adjustments were made and both units discussed. We will eventually need to replace them, but for now, Jesus was able to bring them into spec. I highly recommend Jesus, Lorenzo, and Canyon State.

After the installation, they showed me how to use the new thermostat. I also would like to thank Lorenzo for the time he spent with me and my wife on how we could have complete coverage for 10 years on our new A/C unit. Saul has done our semi-annual 'clean and check' for the last few years. He is always on time and courteous. He is respectful of our house, always using his shoe covers when he is inside.

Reginald did the heating system check today. He did the usual excellent job we have come to expect of Canyon State. He also was able to alleviate our concerns about the operation of our thermostat. He also told me that Canyon State would be able to replace our water heater and install a whole house water treatment system. He also mentioned an additional air cleaner that virtually removes all dust from the air. I will be calling soon to get an estimate for this work. I don’t know if it is possible to request a certain tech, but if we can we will ask for Reginald in the future.

Dion serviced our system on 5-12-23. Have been suffering from a summer cold so haven’t posted anything until now. Dion remounted the thermostat that had a loose back plate that kept it from being level. He then proceeded to do a thorough check of the system. He also gave me some advice about the air filter system. Very satisfied with his work.

Had a problem with thermostat connection to our home network. Tried thermostat troubleshooting but it got locked in an endless loop. Becky in the office was able to schedule someone for a same day service and scheduled the fall check for the same time. Alec showed up earlier than promised (he called first) and had us up and running quickly. Alec and Canyon State provided excellent service.

As usual our annual furnace inspection came off without a hitch. Pablo was right on time and completed the checkup in a very professional manner. I liked that we got an email prior to his arrival with a picture and a short biography. Canyon State has always provided excellent service!

Frederick called while en route and arrived when he said he would. He was very efficient and explained what he would be doing. He gave an evaluation of our system and told us it was in great shape. We have used Canyon State since 2008 and have never been disappointed with the quality of the service we have been provided.
