Great Experience from Evaluation to Installation!
In April 2025, we purchased a new HVAC system from Dukes of Air (before the name change to Service Experts). It was a great experience from the evaluation of our old system to the estimates for various configurations through installation!
Since the unit was brand new, we didn't schedule a maintenance visit until February 2026 (no issues identified). They recently contacted us with a discounted maintenance offer and got us scheduled for a visit today.
The service tech, Rick, was very professional and courteous. Since it had rained, he even wore booties in our home. He spent the better part of an hour testing and inspecting the system. Afterwards, he spent 10-15 minutes reviewing his inspection, including pictures, with us and then secured payment. Before Rick drove away, I already had an invoice, the report, and pictures emailed to me.
I would highly recommend using Service Experts as their HVAC pricing was better than other competitors (bigger & smaller) for similar, if not better quality systems. They offer extended warranty packages (for a fee, which we purchased) that include parts and labor, as long as you maintain the system. They also offer maintenance packages, but frequently offer specials as well.
Give them a call if you are in need of a new system, service, and/or repairs. They also offer plumbing services too.
Thanks for keeping us cool/comfortable during the AZ summers and the fairly mild winters!

I had my AC unit serviced on my 3-year-old unit as it was running a bit warm. The service rep — I believe his name was Justin Fountain — was very professional and kind. He made a few adjustments alongside servicing the unit and didn't charge me anything additional. I would definitely recommend Service Experts!

He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem with our Trane system, explained what he was doing, and got everything working again without replacing parts that weren’t needed. I would definitely recommend Jonathan and Arizona’s Dukes of Air.
