They never fail us
We have used Sunbeam for our HVAC needs for over 10 years now, and they never fail us. Last night, on one of the coldest nights of the year, our heat stopped working. The dispatch service was friendly and efficient and scheduled us for service immediately. Nelson called and helped to troubleshoot over the phone. After that solution ended up not being the fix we needed, Nelson came out to the house way after hours to assist us. He was quick but thorough in his explanations of what was going on and got us back up and running. I can’t express thanks enough for how, even at the late hour, he was friendly and professional and put our minds at ease with not only fixing the problem but giving us solutions on if the problem happened again.
