We couldn’t be happier
We have been with Strand Brothers for several years for general maintenance, and it finally came time to upgrade our system. I reached out, and they had sales out to speak with me within a few days. Our salesman, Hunter, was straightforward and provided several options for us to choose from for a system. We made our choice, and he was back out that very same evening to get us booked for an install. We got on the books for 2 days later, and the crew of guys, Eddy, Juan, Jesus, Osiel, and Felipe, arrived at about 9–9:30 a.m. By 1 p.m. we had the new system installed, and it was up and running. The whole experience was seamless, and we couldn’t be more happy with the level of service and professionalism provided by all of the Strand employees. A new HVAC system is a big purchase for anyone no matter what company you go through; it’s the cost of doing business nowadays to some degree, but the level of service was worth every bit, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
