We couldn’t be happier
We have been with Strand Brothers for several years for general maintenance, and it finally came time to upgrade our system. I reached out, and they had sales out to speak with me within a few days. Our salesman, Hunter, was straightforward and provided several options for us to choose from for a system. We made our choice, and he was back out that very same evening to get us booked for an install. We got on the books for 2 days later, and the crew of guys, Eddy, Juan, Jesus, Osiel, and Felipe, arrived at about 9–9:30 a.m. By 1 p.m. we had the new system installed, and it was up and running. The whole experience was seamless, and we couldn’t be more happy with the level of service and professionalism provided by all of the Strand employees. A new HVAC system is a big purchase for anyone no matter what company you go through; it’s the cost of doing business nowadays to some degree, but the level of service was worth every bit, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Super Technicians and Great Service
Samuel Marquez and Stephan were professional and very thorough in regards to helping me get the best for my A/C system.
Tim was on time and extremely efficient. Checked everything to make sure it was in good working order. Replaced the filter and left an extra one for next time. Super technician.

Hunter and Raciel came by for the semi-annual check. Efficient and super fast. Checked everything and changed the filter. They reminded me that I need to change the UV light. Super nice to do that. Nice guys. Glad Strand Bros has this type of employee working for them. ***** Service
Bought a new HVAC system Monday and it was installed and running by 1:00 PM the next day. Hard to even get a repair from anyone else that quickly. Mariano and Leonardo did an excellent job. They were professional and cleaned up the job site better than they found it. Mariano took the time to help me connect to the Wi-Fi and to make sure that everything worked each step of the install. Even after the install, he noticed that one little part was not acting to his satisfaction and called in for a replacement before he and Leonardo left my house.
5 stars all around. Please thank these two individuals for putting a great face on the Strand Brothers Company. They are the type of people I like to have working in and around my house. I will recommend!

Very Thorough and Informative
Ivan, the technician that came out to our house, was very thorough and informative. And even though he brought us bad news about the system compressor, he was very thorough regarding how much it would cost to fix. He also provided us with some preventive information about our system and how the system should be maintained going forward.
