Straightforward and Reliable
Strand installed our HVAC about 5 years ago and it was a good experience. They're straightforward and reliable. Not the cheapest, but quality and cost are sometimes correlated and we believe this is one of those cases. Last week, our AC compressor went out. They scheduled us for a service call that same day (surprising during the holidays), and Efrain came out and diagnosed the problem. He was also the one who installed the replacement part, and he was efficient and courteous. The part was under warranty, but labor was not (which is standard). The booking and warranty process were simple, other than some redundancy between an email telling me to e-sign the estimate and call the main number to schedule, vs. a different person leaving a voicemail with instructions to call her at a different number to schedule. At any rate, it worked out, and Strand remains our first call for HVAC work.

Strand Brothers Continues to Deliver Excellent Service
We needed to get a new system installed as the old one was starting to fail and was no longer in warranty. Strand Brothers had an entirely new system in place less than 24 hours after the initial technician visit. The installer team was quick, courteous, and they cleaned up after the work completely.
I've been a customer for 10+ years and will continue to go with Strand Brothers for my HVAC service needs.
Update: April 2022 - Strand Brothers continues to deliver excellent service. Aaron was friendly and professional and answered all our questions. 6-star service!

For decades I have relied on these folks for my HVAC needs. I am very partial to the work my all-time favorite technician, Efrain, provides. I receive a semi-annual routine maintenance check-up, and I ALWAYS ask for him. He knows exactly how to handle my equipment and all the little idiosyncrasies of my system. I absolutely recommend this company . . . but ESPECIALLY Efrain!

We called the Strand Brothers for help with our unit; it wasn’t blowing any heat! We do live in a double-wide, and they do service them, which is a huge plus, and do installs as well. A tech came, showed me the problems, and fixed for the time being what he could! We have heat and are on the up and up. Very satisfied and will continue to use them.
