Javier Made the Experience Beyond 5 Stars
Over the weekend I had a huge leak in my yard from a pipe bursting. I called late Saturday, and Javier came out first thing Sunday morning. He was so kind, informative, and communicative all along the way. He did the repair and showed me along the way why it broke in the first place, and also gave me advice on how to prevent future issues that I plan to schedule with this company. Javier alone made the experience beyond 5 stars, but I am grateful for prompt action and good work. It was a lot that needed to be done and I feel it was reasonably priced for what services and quality repairs he did.

Efrain Ortiz did my spring A/C check recently. He's highly knowledgeable and just a really nice person. He also didn't mind the 15-year-old dogs checking him out when he first got here.
Justin and William Head the List
We have had service from Strand employees for several years and usually have been pleased with them. However, the two recent employees—Justin and William—will go on to head the list for their friendliness, ability to answer our several questions, and apparent knowledge of the system we have. Would like to see them again next time around when we have a system check.

Strand Brothers Came Out Immediately
My HVAC system got fried and had to be totally replaced. It was a 10-year-old (builder-installed) system. Strand Brothers came out immediately to diagnose my issues and scheduled the removal/install of the new system for the next day. The crew completed the install and cleaned up the areas they worked in and did a great job. The two service technicians were very personable and courteous. I have been a Strand Brothers customer for 10 years running.

Javier did a great job
Javier did a great job replacing my old shut-off and pressure control valves. He was prompt, professional, courteous and took care not to damage any of the surrounding plants and turf near the area. He cleaned up and you can't even tell where he was digging in the yard. Now I have great water pressure again even after flushing the toilets. I have used Strand Brothers for years for my HVAC and hot water heater. I hate digging holes in the ground and fixing plumbing issues and I didn't have extra time if something unexpected happened. Having Strand Brothers fix the issue was convenient and quick. Thank you.

Quick response for an error code that popped up out of nowhere after we had our system routine maintenance performed last month. Outside unit fan motor apparently overheated. Reset system, but will need to have motor replaced. Hopefully, can be replaced next week.

Omar and team installed a new multi-zone HVAC system for us today. They were so courteous and professional throughout the install. They even put down mats for the hallway and stairs to ensure dirt didn’t get all throughout the house. They walked us through the new system and showed us the new thermostats. Very quick at identifying the issue
My split unit stopped working and I got lucky enough to get an appointment for the same day! Ivan and his colleague were very quick at identifying the issue and very patient with explaining what went wrong. I will definitely trust them to install a dual head split unit which is the next step for me.

My A/C went out last night and I’m a single mom with 2 kids. I’m very lucky that it was only 75 degrees outside last night, which made the inside of my house 1 degree hotter. I called Strand Brothers at 7:05 a.m. and was given fantastic customer service from Jennifer when she scheduled a technician to come out between 12 p.m.–4 p.m. I got a call around 9:30 a.m. from Chris saying he was able to come out in 30 minutes, which is WELL ahead of schedule. I was delighted! Chris came out, took a thorough look within a very efficient timeframe, and told me exactly what the problem was and that he could fix it right then and there, no waiting for parts. He quoted me the price and only until I agreed did he do the job (which is what I wanted). Now I’m expecting him to take an hour if not more, but I should have known, because he has exceeded my expectations so far. Fifteen, maybe twenty, minutes later he is done and my A/C was fixed! I’m one happy customer and plan to be for as long as I enjoy central heating/cooling and indoor plumbing lol. 10/10 would recommend!
