This is a great company that has taken care of me and my business for many years. They are prompt, polite, honest, and very knowledgeable. Recently, Jordan and Owen, along with the nice folks who answered my phone calls for help, really went above and beyond. The main issue ended up being a problem with my city gas meter and not even my HVAC unit, but Jordan and Owen came to my office 3 separate times, 2 of them unscheduled, to help me out in a bind to make sure I had heat. Christian P. handled the annual maintenance on my HVAC system in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. His associate, Hawkins, provided very helpful information regarding my Advantage Plan regarding its benefits and options, and was well prepared to discuss a similar Advantage Plan offered for the water heater without any pressure to purchase. Since the HVAC system is under the Advantage Plan, there was no charge for the annual service.
