Bill Miller of Norrell Service Experts came to my home to evaluate my water heater after the water was no longer heating. He gave me an honest assessment and told me that he could repair the water heater instead of buying a new unit at this time. He did a great job and explained the parts that he was replacing. I now have hot water once again, and he feels that my 6-year-old water heater will now last another 4 to 6 years.

Bill with Norrell was terrific in making a repair on the service line outside between the city shut-off and my main house shut-off. After the location of the leak was found by a leak detection company, his repair was fast and minimally invasive with the outdoor site left just as it had been found for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Very easy to schedule service online. Technician Christian Paul did a great job on my HVAC maintenance. He explained the work performed and answered the questions I had. Christian sent me multiple pictures of my unit and changed out the filter. Very polite. I appreciate him taking the time to communicate the work he performed. As a senior citizen, it's nice that Christian took the time to explain the work and answered all my questions. I would recommend Norrell Service Experts for your HVAC maintenance.
