Reliable and Smooth Maintenance Experience
Solomon Sutton and Matt Mallas did a solid job of handling the maintenance work on our HVAC system. They were professional and got everything taken care of without any hassle. They made sure things were working properly before wrapping up. Overall, it was a reliable and smooth maintenance experience.
I must also comment, though, that while the service technicians were top-notch, the telephone customer service should be streamlined more. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years, and the phone service has steadily declined. So much so that it has us questioning our loyalty...
Outstanding visit from Damion and Mallas
Just had an outstanding visit from Damion and Mallas from Komfort Air. They were professional and upfront about my maintenance requirements for my A/C compressor. Recently I just had my semi-annual summer tune up of my A/C system from another company I will not mention, and the technician mentioned all is good and system is running outstanding. Two days later my compressor stopped working. Komfort Air came out and diagnosed the capacitor was bad. Damion and Mallas mentioned the capacitor should have been checked during my semi-annual inspection. I immediately signed up for Komfort Air maintenance services for my HVAC. These gentlemen were outstanding!

My appointment was originally scheduled for an evening slot, and somehow their system changed it to an afternoon slot that was not going to work for me at all. They worked with me to adjust the window to put me in a slot that fit my schedule. The technician that came out was super chill, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Just had a new heat pump installed and am very pleased with their professionalism. It took them most of the day, but they left the site clean and tidy. All trash and the old unit were completely removed. Highly recommend them.
