I Am Happy With the Service
Joshua was knowledgeable and answered my questions and explained the maintenance outcome of the tests. I am happy with the service. He also put some high temperature silicon to stop a leak from PVC exhaust. Nice service.
The plumber did a good job
Some confusion with the scheduling and ordering parts that caused a delay. Once they got the parts and came back, the plumber did a good job with what needed to be done. I appreciate the efforts of the customer service team to reach out and correct an issue I had with billing and hear my concerns.
Hard workers both days
Willis Regan checked our boiler due to loud noises coming from it and determined the problem, but also noticed issues that Holbrook missed. Dominic Doris replaced the boiler and water heater the next day, which was awesome that they were able to do the work so quickly. Hard workers both days and reasonable cost. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

Extremely professional and patient
Falso came when my original installer did not have time for me and I called in the early afternoon. The house was already cold and the outside temps were dropping, as they do here in CNY. Justin and his tech were extremely professional and patient with my questions. Justin even provided a space heater for me to use overnight and until the new furnace was installed the very next morning.
The installation team showed up at 8:30 a.m. the next day and had a brand new furnace installed and my house warm by 2 p.m. Very friendly, professional, and clean 2-man crew, answered all my questions.
Made It a Smooth Transition
We had a team come out the same day to diagnose our furnace, then another team came out the next day to replace our furnace! Both teams were incredibly informative, kind, respectful, and helpful! Getting set up with a whole new furnace after just buying our home was extremely stressful, but these gentlemen made it a smooth transition! We are so appreciative to have a warm home again!
We Will Not Hesitate to Use Falso Again
We had a Falso Service electrician (Jesse) come to our home to provide an assessment and make recommendations. We also had some minor electrical work completed at this time. Jesse was on time; he explained what he was doing and he was most professional. We will not hesitate to use Falso again if needed.

Very Nice Tech, No Pressure
Called Falso for a sewer pipe backup, as we have the HVAC through them. Their tech was there within an hour of my call at 6 p.m. on a Monday (I expected to make an appt for the next day)! He gave me his opinion, explained what the problem might be, gave me options as to where we could go with it. The estimate was high, for something exploratory, but he never pressured us to do it, gave us some other options to try, leaving the door open to come back whenever we were ready. As the drain is just slow right now and not causing major issues, we decided that we can control the volume into the pipes, we declined the work. Very nice tech, no pressure, very informative—explaining what the issues could be. 4 stars based on the pretty expensive estimate, otherwise, very happy with the service.

Jaime was excellent
Jaime was excellent. We had an issue with a clogged sink and smell in the basement when hot water ran. He was able to diagnose the cause of both issues and worked until they were resolved. He also didn’t increase the cost for services even though the scope of the work expanded beyond that included in the initial quote. It was a great result for issues that have been recurring for a couple of years (and have been looked at by other plumbers).
Went Far Above and Beyond
It was a pleasure having Jesse Beebe, an electrician from Falso Service Experts, do work for us in preparation for a drainage project. He is an obviously experienced young man who went far above and beyond in delivering the promised finished product. During what started out as a deceptively simple job, he encountered several challenges presented by the insanely cold weather, feet of snow, hard-frozen ground, and curious circuitry installed previously by a different person. Jesse dealt with each obstacle in an efficient manner, fully explaining his strategy as the work progressed. I would readily recommend Jesse to anyone in need of electrical work.
