The water heater was replaced within 24 hrs after I called Falso Service Experts with water flooding in my basement. Harrie Richardson came within 3 hrs of calling Falso with the problem to evaluate. Cameron Cobb and his co-worker came first thing the next morning. The technicians' work was very efficient, knowledgeable, and they were respectful. It pays to be a long time customer of Falso and the ease made the cost worth it.

The installation team of Seth and Dan did a SUPER job of replacing our HVAC system in one day despite the cold weather. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

During a regular late afternoon maintenance visit, a significant issue was identified with my furnace. A Falzo service team came out early the next morning to install a new furnace. We were supposed to be on our way out of town that morning, but the team was able to install, set up, and test by 1 p.m., only delaying our trip by a couple of hours.
The team was very efficient, polite, informative, and showed concern for us. I have used them for years and always get excellent service and equipment.

Water was streaming out of the bottom of my furnace. Within a half hour of calling, Justin La Rue arrived and diagnosed the problem. The damage could have been much worse if there had been a longer delay. Justin was prompt, polite, and efficient. Unfortunately, the furnace had to be turned off for safety reasons, and I opted to replace it. Early the next morning, Jacob Holcomb and associate arrived to replace the furnace. They worked very hard to get my heat back on as soon as possible. They were both very polite and helpful. They got the job completed in record time.

I had no heat at my son‘s college house in Cortland. When I called several other local companies, they could not get out there for days. I was blown away that I had no heat and people are not set up for this; when I called Faso, they scheduled me that day. They came out and troubleshot, a fella named Kodjo. This fella and the service rep Barbara were wonderful. My system, although very clean and natural gas, was over 20 years old. They gave me an option of replacing or repairing; they had to order the blower. I was nervous. I was like, oh my goodness, how long is this going to take before Thanksgiving? They called me Monday, had the part, came today, and installed it and took care of it. I would recommend this organization to anybody.
