He Fixed My Issue in Under 15 Minutes
Josh arrived shortly after my panicked call to the company, and he fixed my issue in under 15 minutes, didn’t take advantage, and showed genuine care and concern for what could have ended up going very, very wrong. Too long of a story for a review - I just know that I won’t be going back to the last place I used. Falso is great, and I will request Josh specifically! Thank you so much!

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Our hot water tank stopped working in the late afternoon on a Saturday. We called Falso, and they sent a technician out within a couple of hours. The technician (Lenny) arrived timely; he was very polite and professional. He spent a couple of hours thoroughly inspecting our hot water tank to properly diagnose the issue. He told us exactly what was wrong and the part we needed. My husband went out and got the part the following morning and was able to install it himself. Everything is working perfectly now. Falso made a stressful unexpected situation seamless and quickly resolved the issue. Their customer service is top notch. Definitely reach out to Falso if you’re in need of their services.

Just had my annual A/C system check with Falso Service Experts technician, Lenny Guenov. Lenny was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He arrived on time and performed a complete check of my A/C system inside and on the outside unit. System is ready for some warm weather to arrive.

Fixed a Problem Ongoing for 2 Years
Justin came today for a problem with my heating unit and fixed a problem that has been ongoing for 2 years! He figured out that the zones were wired to the wrong sections of the house, causing my upstairs to feel like a sauna! I’m thankful for his knowledge and kindness! Falso is lucky TJ gave him as a part of their team!

I Am Happy With the Service
Joshua was knowledgeable and answered my questions and explained the maintenance outcome of the tests. I am happy with the service. He also put some high temperature silicon to stop a leak from PVC exhaust. Nice service.
The plumber did a good job
Some confusion with the scheduling and ordering parts that caused a delay. Once they got the parts and came back, the plumber did a good job with what needed to be done. I appreciate the efforts of the customer service team to reach out and correct an issue I had with billing and hear my concerns.
Hard workers both days
Willis Regan checked our boiler due to loud noises coming from it and determined the problem, but also noticed issues that Holbrook missed. Dominic Doris replaced the boiler and water heater the next day, which was awesome that they were able to do the work so quickly. Hard workers both days and reasonable cost. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

Extremely professional and patient
Falso came when my original installer did not have time for me and I called in the early afternoon. The house was already cold and the outside temps were dropping, as they do here in CNY. Justin and his tech were extremely professional and patient with my questions. Justin even provided a space heater for me to use overnight and until the new furnace was installed the very next morning. The installation team showed up at 8:30 a.m. the next day and had a brand new furnace installed and my house warm by 2 p.m. Very friendly, professional, and clean 2-man crew, answered all my questions.
Made It a Smooth Transition
We had a team come out the same day to diagnose our furnace, then another team came out the next day to replace our furnace! Both teams were incredibly informative, kind, respectful, and helpful! Getting set up with a whole new furnace after just buying our home was extremely stressful, but these gentlemen made it a smooth transition! We are so appreciative to have a warm home again!
We Will Not Hesitate to Use Falso Again
We had a Falso Service electrician (Jesse) come to our home to provide an assessment and make recommendations. We also had some minor electrical work completed at this time. Jesse was on time; he explained what he was doing and he was most professional. We will not hesitate to use Falso again if needed.
