They Would Be Right Over
Scheduled an appt on Sunday night for Monday morning describing the issue with an exhaust fan on our furnace. We received a call within minutes saying that they would be right over, this was not something that should wait til the next day. The furnace needed to be replaced. AJ came 1st thing the next day to discuss replacing the furnace. By Tuesday afternoon we had a new furnace. An unknown issue came up during installation. The techs were prepared and handled it with no problem! Thank you AJ, Jacob and Jamie and the plumber they had to call in! Also, thank you to the scheduler on the phone Monday morning that let us know they were coming 1st thing!

The water heater was replaced within 24 hrs
The water heater was replaced within 24 hrs after I called Falso Service Experts with water flooding in my basement. Harrie Richardson came within 3 hrs of calling Falso with the problem to evaluate. Cameron Cobb and his co-worker came first thing the next morning. The technicians' work was very efficient, knowledgeable, and they were respectful. It pays to be a long time customer of Falso and the ease made the cost worth it.

Jesse Beebe, electrician, was very professional and patient in communicating with us through a text app, as we are Deaf. He made sure communication was clear, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and also helped connect us with the team for the gas stove setup. SUPER Job Replacing Our HVAC System
The installation team of Seth and Dan did a SUPER job of replacing our HVAC system in one day despite the cold weather. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

During a regular late afternoon maintenance visit, a significant issue was identified with my furnace. A Falzo service team came out early the next morning to install a new furnace. We were supposed to be on our way out of town that morning, but the team was able to install, set up, and test by 1 p.m., only delaying our trip by a couple of hours.
The team was very efficient, polite, informative, and showed concern for us. I have used them for years and always get excellent service and equipment.
I appreciated their attention to details and showcasing their expertise and courtesy during the install.

Water was streaming out of the bottom of my furnace. Within a half hour of calling, Justin La Rue arrived and diagnosed the problem. The damage could have been much worse if there had been a longer delay. Justin was prompt, polite, and efficient. Unfortunately, the furnace had to be turned off for safety reasons, and I opted to replace it. Early the next morning, Jacob Holcomb and associate arrived to replace the furnace. They worked very hard to get my heat back on as soon as possible. They were both very polite and helpful. They got the job completed in record time.
