NYSERDA EmPower+
Income-eligible New York homeowners and renters can receive no-cost or reduced-cost energy efficiency upgrades through the EmPower+ program, including a home energy assessment to identify where improvements can have the most impact.
Note: the federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (Section 25C) expired for equipment placed in service after December 31, 2025, and isn’t currently available.
No Upfront Cost Through the Service Experts Advantage Program
