Garage furnace lasted 10 years longer
Garage furnace lasted 10 years longer than expected. Technicians came out and diagnosed immediate problem, which uncovered replacing unit. Unit was ordered and replaced next day. Incredibly cold working conditions. Please give both technicians a bonus.

Bill was right on. Failure for heat. Buildup of carbon stopped ignition. Checked out all maintenance while he was here. Verified the humidifier too. Talked us into establishing an annual maintenance program to cover the A/C also. Explained everything in great detail...

Mike, the Service Manager, and his tech, Bill Herring, were here until 12:30 a.m. two nights ago, attempting to get our old system working! They were instrumental in helping me decide to purchase new rather than repair the existing furnace.

Bill did a very thorough and professional job. Not a lot of maintenance was required but he was excellent in his thoroughness and attention to detail. Most importantly, he cleaned up his mess afterward and took all old filters with him. That was a nice touch and appreciated. This service was part of our maintenance plan.

If you want your equipment to run flawlessly
I had Bill; he started by introducing himself. Then he went step-by-step on what the tests were and what they were for. At completion, he again explained what he did and why and what the outcome was. He then showed me pictures of my equipment and what to look and listen for in case of future problems. Everything was explained in terms the layman could understand.
I signed up for the Maintenance Plus Program after being on the Armour Program for 10 years. If you want your equipment to run flawlessly, go with BW Cook.
BTW, they also do the maintenance on my whole-house generator.
