The humidifier on the furnace started leaking water and had to be turned off. Isaac came out, found the problem immediately (filter had rusted out), replaced the filter, and was done in less than 15 minutes. Very pleased!

Saved Our Christmas
Woke up Christmas morning with no heat. Bill Herring was out by early afternoon and worked very diligently until he zeroed in on the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours, and now our heat is back on! My family greatly appreciates his quick and professional attention to solve our emergency and save our Christmas.

Bill came to service my furnace on Christmas Eve with a last-minute service call. Their diagnostic fee is not as expensive as some other companies, and they are more comprehensive than I expected. Bill is very knowledgeable and figured out my issue right away. He made sure I understood what was recommended and gave complete quotes for all of my options.

Great communication and trustworthy
I woke up to a furnace that said it was running, but it was definitely not running. It was about 6:00 AM. I had seen BW/Cook vehicles around town, so it made me feel like they were reputable. They made their way out later that afternoon with a trustworthy diagnosis. About 36 hours later, a team was at my house fixing the issue. Great communication and trustworthy.

John Whitfield and Bradley Williams were here to assess why our furnace quit running. They were very knowledgeable and determined our sixteen-year-old furnace needed expensive parts. We discussed the logic of putting that much money into an older furnace and decided it made more sense to replace both the furnace and twenty-three-year-old central A/C unit.
