Motta Heating and Air Conditioning saved my sanity
Motta Heating and Air Conditioning saved my sanity. On Sunday morning we found a small wet spot under our furnace. We had just had it serviced so called Motta, thinking the humidifier was clogged. When the technician arrived 4 hours later, unfortunately, our hot water tank had failed and flooded our finished basement. Greg took care of shutting off the water to the tank and powering it off. Later Sunday evening, Zak called and gave us options for replacement tanks. He explained each option. We were able to have a crew install a new tank (same model to minimize installation expense) on Tuesday. Every other vendor we checked was at least a week wait.
Roman and Chris did an excellent job, even adding a gas shutoff valve specifically for the water heater. They made sure the tank was operating and waited until the water was actually hot. They explained operation.
We have used Motta for over 20 years and have never been disappointed in their service. We have a semiannual maintenance agreement for our furnace and we have the same technician each visit.
Very happy with my new furnace
I chose Motta when my furnace stopped working and needed replaced. I was able to get an appointment with Zach immediately to address the issue. He was very helpful. Jayson and Roman were able to remove the old furnace and install the new one in just a few hours. Jayson and Roman were professional and courteous. I appreciate how well they cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with my new furnace. I would definitely recommend Motta for any heating or cooling issues.

Motta Heating and Air has been servicing our furnace since we purchased our home in 2010. Great experience with Motta
Great experience with Motta for the 3rd time with service tech Gregory G. My furnace is now 15 years old, and last February 2025, I was told by a different local company that I needed a new furnace during an annual check. I called Motta because they had originally installed it. They sent out Greg, and after a couple of visits and ordering of parts, he was able to fix what another HVAC was not willing to do!
Now, again in January 2026 in this frigid cold, the furnace stopped working on the Sunday morning of the 13-inch snowfall. The house got cold quickly. Thankfully, Greg is still with Motta a year later, and he came again! Again, it needed a part, but he was able to do a workaround for us to keep us warm and then returned 5 days later and fixed everything to work normally. He is excellent, knowledgeable, and clearly explains everything in detail for me. And he is kind and caring. All of this can be scary and expensive, especially in the record-breaking freezing temps we have been experiencing with our furnaces running constantly. Greg is very honest, and I trust him with our HVAC system. I would recommend Motta Heating.

Zachary was our technician sent to diagnose the initial problem with our furnace. After his findings of a faulty gas valve, we decided it was best to replace the entire furnace. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professional work ethics. We were also grateful a tech was sent out so quickly, as we were without heat. We Only Call Motta
We just had a great experience using Motta to replace our cheap furnace with a new, more efficient, and higher BTU one. Motta saw we had some carbon monoxide leakage, and our old furnace was overworked and needed replacing anyway. Roman and Jayson were great on the installation. We've used Motta for maintenance and fixes on our old furnace for years, and they replaced our 30-year-old AC unit a few years ago as well. We only call Motta.

Gregory Galati is an excellent geothermal tech. I have been using Motta to service my geo unit for 10 years. They keep my system working great!
