We subscribe to a yearly service that includes seasonal system checks and now plumbing system checks too. The seasonal system checks are included, so we are not charged for the visits. They also send reminders to schedule the seasonal checks!

We signed up for the biannual service plan and had our winter appointment today. The ESA technician did a very thorough job, answered all our questions and set our system up for the winter. We are very satisfied with the service.
Extremely knowledgeable and thorough
I had my first HVAC service today. My service person was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He oiled, cleaned, tightened, and checked the furnace and humidifier components. This was not just a superficial glance at the equipment and a filter change (although the filters were changed). Everything was inspected and returned to its best performance. Any mess was cleaned up, and he even wore paper booties to protect the floor. I recommend Environmental Systems if you want a job well done.

Vontae Was Perfect
We just had our first service call with ESA. Vontae was perfect. Explained what was wrong with our furnace's gas valve, showed us how he proved it was getting the right voltage, and gave us good advice for following up with ESA's parts department so we can get a repair ASAP.

Awesome experience with Corry and Ben!
Called for a same-day appointment with Corry, which then I got Ben from the company to look at the problem. Had an ongoing issue with my Aprilaire 700 humidifier that made a clicking noise. He did a full-on diagnostic and steps of verifying all the issues. Very knowledgeable and expert in his field. Highly recommend this company and Ben. Also recommend their x2 a year service plan to take advantage of! Awesome experience with Corry and Ben! Amazed with the professional skills with customers!
Never Been Disappointed
We have used ESA for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. We have often had the same service technicians, all who have been excellent. Today was our first experience with Nick. Very, very professional and helpful - even when we were the last stop on his shift.

Today was a follow-on visit after my technician, Ben, detected an incorrect capacitor in his 6-monthly routine check. He replaced the capacitor and did a series of tests to make sure everything was reset properly and was working smoothly. Ben came on time and completed the repair quickly. I found him to be knowledgeable, punctual, and pleasant to interact with. Additionally, the company is excellent in sending me updates about my service appointments. I highly recommend this company and technician.

I just want to give a shout-out to Tarrence Morgan Sr. He is the service technician who was assigned to my residence to fix an HVAC issue. Tarrence was very professional and courteous. He informed me there was an initial installation issue with my unit that is only 9 months old. I believe Tarrence went above and beyond his call of duty to repair my unit in these current overnight freezing temperatures. Thanks much for your hard work and dedication to ensure your customers are well taken care of.
Service of the Highest Quality
Julieann was awesome! Thorough, kind, caring. Service of the highest quality. She pointed out other things I hadn't noticed that needed repair, including a leaking water heater that had already created a large hidden puddle that was heading for the carpet in the basement. I highly recommend ESA. You can't beat them.

Shawn Bittingham, plumber for Ken Griffin Plumbing, came to our house and was outstanding! He analyzed our problems, gave us his opinion about how to fix them, and then did a very professional job.
Careful and Thorough Yearly Checkup
Doug came to do our yearly checkup and spent time and attention to both our furnace and our outside unit. He was careful and thorough. We appreciate their extra care and are asking for a complimentary furnace evaluation since our unit was last installed in 2005 and has some age on it.
