Worth the investment
Benjamin G. was our service tech. We were notified before his arrival, and he introduced himself and was ready to go! He was careful to be aware of our cats who might have wanted to help. Once he was done, he gave us the results of the checkup and some advice about when to change the humidity filter and recommended some settings for the winter. He represented ESA very well, and once again we are glad they installed our new system last year. Summer and winter have been good and worth the investment! We had our ducts sealed and noticed a big difference in summer comfort.

I have used ESA for our HVAC service since my partner and I purchased our home last year, on a recommendation from our home inspector. I decided to get some plumbing work done with them recently, and they were a joy to work with! Joshua was so friendly and helpful, and did an awesome job explaining what work he was doing and why. He even fixed a small kitchen sink issue that’s been bugging me for like a year for free - an absolute king!!!

I Can Recommend ESA Wholeheartedly
We've been an Environmental Systems Associates customer since 2004 - 22 years! I found them after I had a bad experience with a company that is now out of business. They have reasonable prices, and the technicians are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. When our AC stopped being cool about 2 years ago, I called, and they came out pretty fast and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. (Our capacitor had gone out after 20 years!) During that visit, we decided to sign up for the yearly maintenance plan. This plan gives you a discount on parts and gives you priority service if you have a breakdown. Since most breakdowns occur at the hottest or coldest times of the year, we thought it was worth it. Today, we had our second yearly maintenance inspection (no cost today because we have the plan), and they had sent me an email reminding me to make the appointment. No need for us to try to remember. It is reassuring that everything is working properly. The two technicians were nice and wore paper booties to protect our floors. I appreciated that. I can recommend ESA wholeheartedly.

Had a two-hour appointment booked to replace my Carrier HVAC compressor. The two-man team arrived on time and, unfortunately, ran into unexpected issues. Due to the professionalism of the team, combined with their knowledge, they completed the replacement and fully tested the system in about 5 hours. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and the team maintained their pleasant, professional demeanor. Very thorough preventative maintenance
Douglas Herb was very good, did a very thorough preventative maintenance service of our A/C HVAC system. Noticed our humidifier was not in the correct setting for the time of year (winter). Put it in the correct mode for winter. Demonstrated the settings for winter and summer. Thank you very much for an excellent PM service call.

He did an amazing job
I reached out to ESA regarding an emergency with my water heater. They sent someone to my home in less than two hours after my call. Their rates were reasonable. Shawn was my service technician and he did an amazing job. He was extremely courteous and was respectful of my property – he put on shoe covers as soon as he entered. He was thorough and professional. I was most impressed that he took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. He took care of the emergency and thoroughly explained the options going forward. His respect for me, my property, and my time was greatly appreciated. I will definitely ask for him to come back out for the follow-up.
