Yesterday Andrew provided excellent service for our scheduled maintenance service. We realized we were supposed to be getting but weren't. He had no idea, but he went over and above! Cory was very involved, offering only what he felt we needed! Fantastic service!! Cory discussed a need for a new water heater and humidifier. We agreed and the next day Seth and Devan arrived and took care of it.

We Have Worked With Rolf Griffin for Years

Rolf Griffin has provided us services, repairs, and maintenance of our heating and air conditioning systems for the 40 years we have lived in our home. When the temperature was 4 degrees outside last night and our furnace was out, they provided the excellent service we have come to expect. Rafael was courteous, friendly, and fixed our problem quickly, explaining to us what he was doing along the way. Back to our nice warm home! Having an Advantage plan is a great way to go to maintain our system and get repairs done.
**** I am NOT a fan of the after-hours answering service used when the office is closed. Many mistakes (using wrong phone #, promising a call back, etc.). But the expert service from the technician makes it worth that minor irritation! Rafael was great!

They say when it rains, it pours! Happily enjoying the new furnace, my husband noticed our hot water was just not hot. On inspection, our hot water heater was out. There was no question who to call: Rolf Griffin, who does plumbing, too! Ryan T came out the same evening and restarted it, waited, and delivered the bad news it had heated its last tankful of water. Oh, and by the way: from the tag on it, the heater was 15 years old!! So this morning (after a call, and on time as always!!) Ryan T called, and he and Bryan K neatly and efficiently installed a new one! Again, no mess, great explanations and question answering, and we're all set. Great job, guys!
PS. An important part of their team was Jordan, who was our consultant who set up the furnace installation as recommended by Nick, our service person three weeks ago! He gave us options after listening to what we were looking for.

For all the reasons stated in my review three weeks ago regarding the Service program, today we had a new furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier installed! A four-person team consisting of Ryan, Cornelio, Adam, and Abe arrived (following a phone call to announce their on-time arrival) and got right to work. Each of them was polite, professional, and confidence-inspiring. Throughout the day, I received updates of their progress and was given an opportunity to ask questions. They each donned shoe covers whenever they entered our home. They placed cloths and a plastic runner to protect our flooring as they worked. There simply was no evidence they had replaced our entire heating/cooling system inside and out! Everything was immaculate! When the work was done, I was shown the new equipment, thermostat, and paperwork. I was asked often if I had questions, but the explanation was so complete I had very few. I can't say enough about this professional, friendly group and Rolf Griffin as a company.
