Previous Review: I have had both a bad and excellent experience with Rolf Griffin. I pay for the maintenance plan and had someone out servicing my boiler this past fall. I was told incorrectly that I would need to eventually replace a primary switch, as it wasn’t working. The next time I turned the heat on, a loud noise started coming from the garage, and the cover was on the floor. The same tech came out and was unable to fix the situation, so another tech, who was an expert in boilers, came out later that evening. He diagnosed and performed the servicing again, as it was not done to standards. There were some other parts that were needed and he needed to come back at a later date, but the boiler was able to work until that time. A couple of weeks later, all was fixed, including a tiny gas leak. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the second tech, Abe. If not for him, I would not have allowed Rolf to come back. I will be requesting for him to come out to service my boiler from now on. SO impressed with his professionalism, pride in his work, and desire to make things right. Rolf Griffin, you’ve got an EXCELLENT employee in Abe.

We had a technician come out to do an annual inspection & repair if needed. The young technician did a very poor job at it. He left screws out. He only put in the one that we, the homeowner, can see.
Being a long-time customer to this company for 30+ years, you would think they would take some damn pride in their work!! Not happy.
