Personable and Informative Tech
Chase Hartzog was the tech who arrived. He was very personable and informative. He checked both the furnace and A/C and said all looked good, no issues that he could see. He also repaired PVC pipe from the humidifier that was leaking at floor level. This was his first time at my house and he made me feel comfortable.

Always professional and courteous
I'm on the Advantage Plan, and I have to say, Rolf Griffin is very professional, and their technicians have always been courteous and knowledgeable. Rafael replaced the control board on my new furnace. It took eight days to get the new part in since the furnace is relatively new, but they left me a couple of space heaters in the meantime, so I didn't have to use the fireplace. Rafael came back and got it installed in record time. He let me know what was going to happen and debriefed me on departure. Like I said, always professional and courteous.
