Very glad service man noticed leak
Regular maintenance call. Checked boiler. No problems with boiler. Service man did find a leak in the water meter and advised me to call City. I did and they are coming to look at it tomorrow. I would have not noticed leak and am very glad R-G service man noticed it and told me about it. No charge since I am on advantage plan.

Very Professional and Honest
I called Rolf Griffin today because my heat was not heating and they were who installed the original system. Unfortunately, the old system had not been maintained and the unit had several issues. James and Drew were very professional and honest. They explained the problems to me as well as my options. I decided to have my unit replaced; imagine my amazement when they told me the installers would be in the morning to get my new unit in!
