Out here in Weston Lakes, we get power surges all the time. When the power came back on, my AC was making noise and struggling to get started. They were able to send someone out right away to get our AC back up and running. We cannot go without AC in this summer heat!

If You’re Having A/C Issues, Call Them!
The guest house A/C was turning on but not blowing as hard as it used to. We called the company that installed the unit and told them what was going on. They sent someone out and said to fix the issue it was going to cost $2,500, but they were backed up schedule-wise until a week and a half. A neighbor told me about Service Experts Fulshear… I called and they were at my house within 24 hours, found the issue, and it was half the cost of the previous estimate. Needless to say, we went with Service Experts Fulshear. If you’re having A/C issues… call them!!

Our AC went out in the dead of July, and if you live in Texas, you know that's an absolute emergency. The indoor temperature was climbing fast, and we were desperate.
I called Service Experts Fulshear, and they went above and beyond. They got a technician out to us incredibly quickly. The tech was professional and polite. He diagnosed the issue (a failed capacitor and a clogged drain line) within fifteen minutes, explained the pricing upfront with zero pressure, and had the system blowing ice-cold air again in under an hour.
Truly outstanding, fast, and honest service when we needed it most. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone enduring a Texas summer!

Excellent customer service. I’m very particular - I don’t often write reviews but the service was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I was quoted several different prices and solutions from others when we had a leak in our system and was concerned based on some of the other solutions I was recommended by a few groups. The woman who talked to me before the tech came out was so patient with all of the questions I had prepared. She invested over 40 minutes on the phone with me - their team went above and beyond in the job, and the process was seamless. It’s rare to find service providers that care, and I appreciate all that they did for me. Thank you, and I apologize I forgot your first name, but I very much appreciate you.

Our A/C is back to blasting cold air
Our downstairs A/C wasn’t cooling like it usually does, and two technicians came out today. The window was from 2–3, and they were here promptly at 2 p.m.! Extremely courteous young men who found the issues and resolved them quickly for a very reasonable price! A few years ago, a different local company gave me a very expensive runaround for 4 days and still didn’t fix the issue, so today was a delightful change from the service we have received in the past! Our A/C is back to blasting cold air!!!
We could not be happier
We replaced our HVAC system this week with Service Experts Fulshear and the process could not have been easier. Instead of a large upfront expense, we opted for the Advantage membership. We now have one predictable monthly payment, annual system maintenance, filters supplied, and never have to pay for repairs or labor on that system again. Such a peace of mind; had no idea a plan like this existed for air conditioners! We could not be happier. Now this surprise won't affect our summer vacation budget.
