This company is always responsive. I have a contract with them, so I do not pay extra for maintenance, which is the service I had performed.

He was friendly and polite. We have an annual maintenance plan with a one-time check for AC and a one-time check for heating per year. I think the price of $180 total per year is very reasonable. Alejandro and Marcus were very personable and explained everything very well, and it was a pleasure to have them work with us.

Kudos to Him for Being Observant
We've been using Service Experts for at least 9 years now. We haven't had any major issues with services provided, and when we did have an issue, it was resolved. Joshua M. and Devine O. came out today to do our 6-month checkup. Joshua identified that we didn't have caps on the screws that could possibly prevent fluid leakage (don't remember exact term), but no other technician before him ever noticed this before in all this time. Kudos to him for being observant.
