I am a longstanding Fras-Air customer on the Advantage plan. After a sleet storm, my outside unit froze up and was making a scary noise while trying to get the fans rotating (they were stopped). I made an appointment online, which was super easy. The ice melted the next day, and the unit began working again. I decided to keep the appointment, though. The technician who showed up was Brandon Guardado. He was amazing! He found something that needed to be replaced so ice will defrost faster in the future. He also did a quick maintenance (and didn’t judge when my very dirty filter needed replacing—in fact, he made an extra trip back to the office to get me a new one.)
Best of all, it cost me nothing under the Advantage!
What I thought would be an annoying worry before Christmas turned out great.

06/25/2025 - Had Miguel Diaz Lopez come and diagnose the problem with my bi-level A/C unit, and in particular the upstairs one, as there wasn't any cold air blowing at all and with the heat wave that we have been experiencing. He came, diagnosed, and found that the Freon level was quite low for the upstairs A/C unit and filled it, and now we are good. Thanks for the quick diagnosis and fixing.

Fras-Air plumber unclogged the drain and advised how to prevent future clogs. Very professional, unlike a competing plumber who came the previous day, attempted twice to auger the pipe, concluded unclogging was not possible, then offered a quote for thousands to cut open the basement ceiling and replace the pipe.

We Are Very Pleased with Their Level of Professionalism
We had a severe backup/clog apparently due to an initial faulty installation, which took years to manifest. Tony diagnosed the issue on a previous visit. Tony and fellow plumber Luke removed and replaced the affected section (10 feet) of pipe. They work extremely well together, almost like siblings. We are very pleased with their level of professionalism, competence, and care.

Queran W. serviced my heating unit and I was extremely satisfied. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He informed me that I was using the wrong size filter (too small) for my unit and made recommendations for the appropriate size and installed the correct size. Mind you, this unit was installed by another company 3 years ago, and they installed the little filter, so I continued to buy what they used. After the work was done, Queran explained everything that he did and suggested when I should change the next filter. I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use Fras-Air service again.
