Travis Langston of Fras-Air truly provided my wife and me with excellent service. He was thoughtful, thorough, and unhurried, and explained to us in understandable terms the problems we were having with our heating system. He answered all our questions patiently and helped us to reach the least expensive but reasonable solution to the various issues we were having. I recommend him and Fras-Air highly.
Chad and Chris Hit a Home Run
Chad Traver and his associate Chris arrived shortly after the beginning of the window of estimated arrival time. Our heater was performing oddly, and we were afraid of a breakdown during the recent cold snap. Both technicians demonstrated absolute professional and courteous services from the very first moment. Being mechanically inclined, I stayed with them both as the diagnostic work began. Being curious, I asked questions about what was taking place, trying not to be a bother. Chad was as well versed, patient, and articulate as I've ever experienced. Best of all, a particular part in the heater required more of a cleaning and adjustment rather than a replacement. I'm not confident that every service company and/or technician out there would not take advantage of a rather simple situation and turn it into one of a more profitable one. In my book, Fras-Air, Chad and Chris hit a home run with me! Great job!

I'll always be loyal to Fras-Air for coming to my house on Dec. 23 a few years ago to fix my furnace when my (now former) service company told me "they could get there in 3 or 4 days." Meanwhile it was 10 degrees out, but Fras-Air saved the day!

Fras-Air Has Been the Best
Our heater suddenly stopped working on a very cold day, so I called Fras-Air since we have their monthly maintenance program. They were able to schedule an appointment the same afternoon, and they also sent helpful text updates showing the technicians’ location.
Brandon and Andrew were very professional and clearly explained the issue to us. After fixing the problem, they stayed long enough to ensure the heater was running stably. They also explained that the root cause was a pressure switch and recommended replacing it in the future.
We’ve used several HVAC companies in the past, but Fras-Air has been the best. We genuinely felt they care about their customers. Thank you, Brandon and Andrew!

Exceptional Service From Fras-Air
We had our house humidifier system updated today! The process we experienced from the staff at Fras-Air Service Experts was exceptional. From our sales representative, Oz, who was detailed, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and very efficient in scheduling the install. Even the GM, Johnny, accompanied Oz to ensure the updated humidifier system was the correct decision for our home. They both made the process seamless.
The day of the install, the technicians, Edwin and Mohammed, were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, explained how to work the new system, answered any of our questions, reassured us if any issues to call, and left the work area clean.
All in all, from the inception of the service to the completion, we experienced superior customer service experience.

I am a longstanding Fras-Air customer on the Advantage plan. After a sleet storm, my outside unit froze up and was making a scary noise while trying to get the fans rotating (they were stopped). I made an appointment online, which was super easy. The ice melted the next day, and the unit began working again. I decided to keep the appointment, though. The technician who showed up was Brandon Guardado. He was amazing! He found something that needed to be replaced so ice will defrost faster in the future. He also did a quick maintenance (and didn’t judge when my very dirty filter needed replacing—in fact, he made an extra trip back to the office to get me a new one.)
Best of all, it cost me nothing under the Advantage!
What I thought would be an annoying worry before Christmas turned out great.
