We Can't Recommend Them Enough
We have been with Fras-Air since 2021, and we can't recommend them as a service enough. They are professional and timely, and their service technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Kyle did a phenomenal job with our annual service today. He also showed us several things we can do to save money on our water bill that we had no idea were related to the HVAC! We know we will be in good shape with our HVAC for years to come because of him.

He answered all our questions patiently and helped us to reach the least expensive but reasonable solution to the various issues we were having. I recommend him and Fras-Air highly.
Chad and Chris Hit a Home Run
Chad Traver and his associate Chris arrived shortly after the beginning of the window of estimated arrival time. Our heater was performing oddly, and we were afraid of a breakdown during the recent cold snap. Both technicians demonstrated absolute professional and courteous services from the very first moment. Being mechanically inclined, I stayed with them both as the diagnostic work began. Being curious, I asked questions about what was taking place, trying not to be a bother. Chad was as well versed, patient, and articulate as I've ever experienced. Best of all, a particular part in the heater required more of a cleaning and adjustment rather than a replacement. I'm not confident that every service company and/or technician out there would not take advantage of a rather simple situation and turn it into one of a more profitable one. In my book, Fras-Air, Chad and Chris hit a home run with me! Great job!

Our furnace shut down on Friday night, and we woke up to a very cold house on Saturday. I called Fras-Air on Sunday afternoon, and they sent a tech over and had the furnace repaired by 5 PM. And the price was reasonable. Very satisfied customer!
