Fras-Air was very responsive
We had to have one of our furnaces replaced, and Fras-Air was very responsive. They came the day we called, diagnosed the problem, and arranged for a new unit to be installed the following day. The technicians were very efficient and completed the installation in about five hours.

We had a pipe burst after the recent cold spell. Fras came within 2 hours of my call. Jay was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, explained each step as he went along, and gave us options to mitigate and fix. We Are Very Grateful for the Work Jason Did
We came home to a burst pipe at 9:30 p.m. on 2/7 and Fras Air was able to send someone out between 9:30 p.m. and 12 a.m. Our plumber, Jason Atwell, showed up just 15 minutes later and immediately got to work. Jason worked quickly and efficiently, understanding that we have a baby at home. Jason answered all of our questions with repairing the pipe and discovered that our water heater was also leaking. After the pipe repair, Jason was able to give us quotes on the spot for replacing our water heater and reviewed the steps needed to be taken to get hot water back in a timely fashion. We are very grateful for the work Jason did and cannot recommend him enough.

Brandon, Oswaldo, Tim, and Muhammad from Fras-Air were amazing to work with recently. They took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot my furnace issues, and made sure that everything was handled properly. Their genuine concern for my comfort and safety was truly appreciated. Their knowledge and expertise were obvious, and they were professional from start to finish. The turnaround with my new furnace installation was very quick and seamless. I highly recommend Fras-Air for all HVAC needs, from routine maintenance to new installations.
Couldn't Be Happier With the Install
Had a new furnace and A/C installed and couldn't be happier with both the quality and the speed of the install. Frank Meshach, who was assisted by Edwin (didn't get his last name), arrived at 8:30 a.m., assessed the area, both in the basement for the furnace install and outside for the A/C condenser, told me that it was a pretty straightforward installation and should be done by 2 or 2:30. He was dead-on accurate. Frank, Edwin, and a third assistant that installed the thermostat were gone by 2:35 p.m.

I needed to update my heating system after the tech the sales person found something that worked for me and the day of installation the team was prompt and knowledgeable. They cleaned up afterward as well.

Had a Wonderful Experience
Had a wonderful experience with Fras-Air and, in particular, my technician, Gustavo. I scheduled the appointment over the weekend, and Gustavo was at my house on a Monday afternoon. He was very friendly and proficient in his inspection and offered some helpful tips on maintenance and upkeep for the upcoming winter season.

Chris and his colleague were super helpful on an emergency call when our furnace was intermittently shutting down during this extremely cold weather. They did a thorough investigation and Chris very patiently and kindly explained the probable cause and his suggested solutions.
