The service for splicing wires to my outdoor condenser unit was slightly overpriced, but I am overall satisfied with the issue being resolved. The technician, Sean, was excellent and highly knowledgeable. I particularly appreciated the efficient service provided at short notice.

Kyle Mayers was our tech, and he went above and beyond. Not only did he perform the service requested (tune-up), he was punctual, kind, and personable. He went above and beyond, crawling into our attic, taking the extra time to get our AC up to spec, and gave us tips and advice on what to look out for in the future and how to prolong our system. My Tech Rep Travis Was Terrific
My tech rep Travis was terrific. He was 45 minutes earlier than my 12:00–4:00 scheduled window, and with his heads-up call, made that OK and thus saved me 3 hours of my day!
He was courteous and respectful, while also being very effective in diagnosing and fixing my tricky AC problem.
My only quibble is with the $277 charge, despite my “Gold” level service contract, for the nitrogen flush of my drain hose. Hard to believe the one thing I needed done was not included. I’m unhappy with the charge… and very happy and satisfied with Travis.
I am VERY pleased
I had an old HVAC system replaced with a brand new Lennox system. This included the heat, AC, and a fancy new smart thermostat. Frank and Muhammad started their day at 8 a.m. sharp and were done midafternoon. That included the entire demo, removal, installation, and configuration of the new system.
I could not be more pleased with their quality of work. Everything was installed just right with extreme care. All the wiring and connections are neat and organized. Absolutely no corners were cut. Muhammad did impeccable work on our outside equipment, while Frank did the same with the inside equipment.
Frank was very knowledgeable in what was wrong with our prior system install and made significant corrections with our return venting that resulted in a huge improvement with our airflow. Between that and the new technology equipment, our house has never been this easy to cool on a hot day. We have rooms that have not had decent cooling/heating since we moved in that now are very comfortable.
I am VERY pleased with both the installation and the equipment itself. I highly recommend Fras-Air. Also, I'll mention Andrew, who was our sales consultant. He was very easy to deal with and knew exactly what would be the right equipment for our house.

We Have Been Using FrasAir for 28 Years
5 stars. We have been using FrasAir for service and maintenance for 28 years. My only complaint is that today’s appointment window closed and they still were not here yet, nor did they call. I needed to call them to confirm the appointment was still on. I understand that appointments run late, and that’s fine. I just want communication when they are.

Highly Experienced Master Installer
Frank stopped by my house today to do the spring tune-up for my new HVAC system, which he himself had expertly installed at the end of last year.
He was able to efficiently check and service all the key components of my system to make sure that everything was working as it should.
He answered all of my questions, while also providing me with useful information about my system.
Not only is Frank a highly experienced master installer, but he’s also a very friendly, personable guy. I would highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs!

My Service Experts technician, Jason Atwell, serviced my property (air conditioning, plumbing, exhaust piping). He had serviced my property before, so I was delighted to see him again. He is the most thorough and professionally well-trained technician I have ever experienced. Not only did he service components as instructed, but he went beyond the scope of the job and found other areas of potential risk and safety.
