His professionalism should be recognized
Technician Gary Boggs came out last week for check up and noise diagnostics. He found the problem and located the part. He stated he would be back today (Monday, December 8) to install the part. Temperature and snow falling rapidly and he shows up! He completed the task and froze in the process! His professionalism should be recognized and elevated around his peers. He Explained Everything in Detail
Theron Ballard came out today for maintenance of our HVAC system. He changed the filter for us, completely checked the system operations and only found that our system is getting old.
