Arundel Cooling and Heating just completed installation of a new Aquatherm unit, water heater, and Lennox air conditioner at my home in Anne Arundel County. Our experience began with competitive proposals offered by Tucker from their company. After receiving the best bid for the project, installation began on the date and time promised. Technicians Bryan E., Rob Sr., and Rob Jr. worked all day in extremely tight quarters to complete the job as promised. Their professionalism and dedication was evident throughout the day, showing patience during the installation while also respecting my home during the process. They were helpful in explaining each step of the process to me and my wife, instilling confidence that skilled technicians were handling our installation. They Provided Very Good Service
Our furnace broke on a Friday night and we called their 24-hour service line. We do have a service agreement with Arundel, so they sent out a technician Saturday who diagnosed the problem but had to order parts. They came out on Monday morning and fixed the problem. They provided very good service.

Technicians who came to check our boiler and heating system were very knowledgeable and very personable. They checked the entire system, found one issue, explained it, and then also checked and addressed one room in our house that was not heating. Josh Van Horne responded within a couple of hours after I reported that we had no heat. A recurring access panel furnace switch problem was quickly corrected. He took time to explain things and answer questions. He is a most experienced and mannerly technician.

5 stars for Arundel service technicians Billy Mayo and Tommy Fleischer for the installation of an Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier on my HVAC system. Initially ran into some configuration problems, but their skill and dedication to customer satisfaction quickly resolved the issue. The system has been up for the last 4 days, and my home went from 20% to a warm and comfortable 45% humidity. Arundel also installed a new HVAC system several years ago, and I could not be more pleased. Thanks so much.

I called today and spoke to Melissa and expressed a concern about my heat pump because of the frigid temperatures over the last 10 days. She was helpful, courteous and was able to send a technician within 4 hours. Austin, my technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and explained in a way that I understood.
A fantastic local company
I feel Arundel C & H has been a fantastic local company to handle our HVAC needs for many years. On this occasion, Robert Muir Sr. and the crew replaced our heat pump beginning at 8 a.m. at 5°F, having to remove frozen snow to install the air handler. They did a solid job and were very professional throughout. I am skeptical, however, that the lease/service contract with Service Experts Advantage Program is a good value. We will see.

Incredibly professional and a quick worker
We've used Arundel Service Experts 3 times in the last year or so. My house is an older build and we needed the thermostat replaced, which they did quickly and it's been great. We recently needed some rewiring done. Tommy came in and was incredibly professional and a quick worker. He took time at the end of service to explain what he'd done and walk me through any issues that may occur in the future based on the wiring of the house.

5 stars to technician Steve Miles on a service call two days before Christmas. Arundel Cooling and Heating replaced our HVAC system a few years ago and did an outstanding job. Steve came to the house for a routine checkup of the equipment. He really went in-depth to make sure our system was ready for the winter.
