After comparing the cost to repair an 11-year-old unit vs. replacing, decided to replace. Supposed to be back in just two workdays to install the new unit! My 6-month HVAC maintenance service on our "new" unit took significantly longer than other companies took on servicing much older units I've had in the past. I was concerned the tech might have found issues with the equipment. On the contrary, Michael Dezess reported everything was working as it should. Being under warranty there was no charge.
