It all depends upon the repair person
Ok, I have varying experiences with this company, and I truly believe it all depends upon the repair person sent at the time of service. Every time I have had service after they sold me a system, they have come out to maintain and clean my furnace with the incorrect filter size or none at all, except this last time when (Inn C.) came. He was knowledgeable, he brought me TWO filters like I ask every time, and he answered every question I had. (He even remembered my garage had fallen in from a bad storm the year prior when he was training with another guy who FORGOT my filters!) We are on Advantage monthly service, so it’s $135 per month.
Amazing Service, Knowledgeable and Quick
We've had Broad Ripple Heating and Cooling since we bought our home in 2019, and they installed our tankless hot water heater. I highly recommend them, and you need to sign up for their Advantage Program. On our 2nd day in our new home, our hot water heater went out. We needed a new one, but our funds were short after purchasing our home. The Advantage Program is a small monthly fee you pay. This covers monthly maintenance, and if it breaks down, it will replace it. And the best thing is, if you need to add to it, like a new furnace, you just pay extra to cover. Our tech was amazing and went above and beyond the install. We purchased the tankless water heater, and it's been flawless.
And this week, after trying to clear the clog ourselves with home remedies and chemicals, we called them yesterday, and today on Christmas Eve they came out to clear the clog in our kitchen sink.
Our tech Derek showed up and quickly got our drains cleared. Amazing service, knowledgeable and quick.

I highly recommend technician Ronald Schwartz. He was super friendly and answered any questions patiently. Professional but still easy to joke and talk with. Pretty easy to schedule appointments and always arrive when they say. We've been with them for years. Parents have been with them even longer. Both of us: furnace and A/C installation, repairs, and maintenance. I highly recommend, but sometimes the communication from their office or call center can be inconsistent. Still recommend.
