That's the Kind of Service I Like
I had a great experience with Gregg. During my fall service, he brought to my attention that some mold was beginning to form. To be conservative, since I am allergic to mold, I had the source thoroughly cleaned. When Gregg came back, there was more than the first time, and so he recommended an ultraviolet system to play it safe. I had to leave for an appointment, and when I came back, the system was up and running, and the work area was clean. That's the kind of service I like.

Steven Found My Problem
Steven discovered that the filter in my HVAC unit, while the right physical size, was not allowing sufficient airflow, which induced a number of issues relating to proper heat distribution and burner function. The filter selection was my own, thinking it would do a superior job of cleaning the air. Next time I will allow the “experts” to decide on the proper filter for the type of system I have. Steven not only found my problem, he educated me on why the type of filter is critical to furnace operations. Thanks, Steven.

Thankful for Their Quick Response Time
Unfortunately, my 12-year-old furnace gave out during our coldest week. Broad Ripple Service Experts were able to check it the day after it gave out and had a new furnace installed within 3 days. They left me with complimentary space heaters while I waited, which was very helpful, and I was grateful for them. All in all, the installation went fairly well. The only issue was that the wiring for the old thermostat would not work with the new thermostat. The old thermostat was working fine, so I don't know what happened. At any rate, they had to cut another hole in the hallway wall in order to install a new thermostat. It could not be helped, but now I am left to repair a hole in the wall where my old thermostat used to be. It is a nuisance, but it is not their fault. I am happy to have a working furnace and again, I am thankful for their quick response time.

Very Professional and Helpful
Derek came out on a Saturday afternoon to replace our sump pump and a seal on our toilet. We were thankful that he arrived quickly! He worked with his manager, Josh, to quote us parts that were very affordable. He was very professional and expertly answered all of our questions. It all depends upon the repair person
Ok, I have varying experiences with this company, and I truly believe it all depends upon the repair person sent at the time of service. Every time I have had service after they sold me a system, they have come out to maintain and clean my furnace with the incorrect filter size or none at all, except this last time when (Inn C.) came. He was knowledgeable, he brought me TWO filters like I ask every time, and he answered every question I had. (He even remembered my garage had fallen in from a bad storm the year prior when he was training with another guy who FORGOT my filters!) We are on Advantage monthly service, so it’s $135 per month.
