When your AC goes out in warm weather, you enjoy someone who shows up within the appointment window. Ethan Saghir did just that, fixed the problem (failed capacitor) fairly quickly, and did NOT try to sell me all new equipment! My cost was reasonable, and AC now works again!! Ethan has helped us before and is 100% customer oriented! He is terrific.

Excellent plumbing work today. Replaced an outdoor water spigot and some interior PVC pipe attachments, and a new (more modern) shut-off valve. Technician was very professional and explained the work being done very well; he was very respectful of my home as well.
