Very, very nice people
Needed our A/C replaced. During their inspection, they found our furnace would have killed us via spewing carbon monoxide if we used it this winter, and also noticed our water heater had a constant drip, so it was busted. Had a triple threat on our hands... usually dreadful, but after we were approved (not-so-great credit, so 3rd party approved), they had it installed and thoroughly went through all the details with us. Very, very nice people and a very quick installation! Thanks for saving us from dying from heat stroke this summer and carbon monoxide poisoning this winter!

They Have Both Been Amazing

Everyone Was Great from Start to Finish
Everyone was great from start to finish. Denis came out to see what all would need to be done. Cheyenne came out to give pricing and helped us for two days so we could get furnace and central air installed. Denis and Sam came out on Thursday (May 14th) and started taking out the old furnace and started the process of relocating furnace to laundry room. Friday Denis was back out with the help of Kevin to rerun water lines and gas lines (which was no easy task) and then on Monday Kevin and Sam (there was another gentleman but we don’t know his name—wished I did or I would mention him too) were back out here all day to finish it all up (only thing left is exhaust for furnace). They did communicate well with us through everything! We appreciate you all!

BW Cook Service Experts is the way to go
We had our system replaced by BW Cook Service Experts. The process was quick and easy, and they offered a good deal with a low monthly payment. The Advantage Program is definitely the way to go, as it covers absolutely everything.
Bradley R. came to our house on 4/17 to give us an estimate on replacing our system and let us know about the Advantage Program. He set up the installation for 4/21.
Brandon T. was one of the installers. They arrived on time, left no mess, and answered all of our questions.
It hasn’t been 24 hours, but our systems are working perfectly.
