Service person arrived on time and quoted a price for my plumbing repair upfront. The work was completed in a timely manner. The service person was very helpful answering my questions concerning future repairs that might be needed.
Very professional and friendly team
I began having problems with the upstairs HVAC system cooling. Service Experts checked the system and found a leak in the coil upstairs. This was one of the systems installed in 2016. I had several options explained very well to me. A complication is that the EPA has again changed the refrigerant in use today. It was apparent my best solution was to replace the entire upstairs HVAC system. The next morning, 7/2/2026, Bobby and Hai came to take out the old system and install the new one. They were both very professional and worked well as a team. They put down work cloths from the door, up the stairs, and down the hall to the attic access. They answered all my questions completely and were very friendly. I am very glad I have continued to use Service Experts now for 23 years.
Lap did a routine check of my system and found several problems with the furnace. He was very good at presenting my options. Due to the age of the system I asked about replacement. Lap contacted Ted, a residential sales consultant; Ted was here within 10 minutes. Ted told me about my options for replacement. I decided to replace the entire system. Bernie, Kevin, Bobby, and Jaime did the work removing my old system and installing the new system. They were very friendly and kept me informed along the way. They also were very careful moving equipment in and out of the house and did a good job cleaning up when done. They helped me set up my settings and ensured everything worked correctly.

Happy With Our Finished HVAC System
I had the privilege of meeting and working with Jose R, James, Ray, and Roberto. They seemed honest and helpful. They offered us options and did not make us feel pressured or concerned about whether or not we could trust their words and their work. We elected to replace the whole HVAC unit because the things kept breaking and getting old even though we replaced some parts of the unit six years ago. So far we are happy with the finished HVAC system and grateful our family of 5 was able to get service so quickly during mid-summer in Texas.

We Will Not Use Anyone Else
Mitchell was so professional, kind, knowledgeable, and his work was absolute perfection. We have an older home with original fixtures and I thought I could replace a sink faucet. I was wrong and needed a professional. We have been Service Experts heating and air clients for 40+ years, and we will not use anyone else for plumbing and AC needs. Crew arrived considerably later than expected. However, once they got here, they did a very professional job. They were courteous and friendly. Even though the job took until almost 9 p.m., they "Got-R-Done" right.

Had Lance and David come out to check things out as my previous HVAC company went haywire. They were extremely knowledgeable and efficient, not to mention courteous. Following day I had an issue not related to anything they did the day before. Lance came back and corrected the problem promptly. Very satisfied.
Ricky did a stellar job
Ricky did a stellar job from start to finish. We had an exterior sewer line backing up into the yard, and he came out, snaked the line, ran a camera to pinpoint the problem (roots in two spots), and walked me through exactly what needed to happen. An excavating crew dug it up and Ricky came back and finished the repair clean. The sewer service was covered by our warranty company (Arlington Service Line Warranties). On top of all that, he even fixed our kitchen refrigerator shut-off valve after he wrapped up the sewer work (a separate $350 charge), totally going above and beyond. Professional, thorough, and easy to deal with the whole way through. The job is complete and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Ricky and Service Experts Dallas.

Decorium Hatton Was Friendly, Efficient, Professional
I was experiencing problems with my thermostat. It eventually stopped. I called and made an appointment, and very timely, Decorium Hatton, my technician, came out and diagnosed the problem. We scheduled a return trip to replace the thermostat. Decorium Hatton was friendly, efficient, professional and did everything perfectly. He then took the time to help and make sure everything was programmed correctly and worked as it was supposed to. Real plus for the organization. Decorium was the perfect answer to my issue.
Austin Was Able to Come Within 24 Hours
I got a notification from the city about continuous water usage. I had no idea I had a leak, and Austin was able to come within 24 hours. I appreciate him calling me when he was on his way and keeping me informed every step of the way during locating and repair.

They knew what they were doing
I have my AC ducts rerouted for air flow quality. The techs showed up nice and early. They knew what they were doing and went straight to work. They were professional and answered any questions I had and they took all the old ducts materials with them and cleaned up. The price was reasonable and they offer financing but I just paid it out. I can really tell the difference in my room.

We had a routine maintenance checkup on our AC. They found no difficulties in our schedule back in the fall to check on their heating system. I purchased the goal plan and I’m extremely satisfied with it.
