Impressed With Their Work and Professionalism
I had an emergency leak of my A.C. system. The dispatcher was great, and Jose Rebollar and Bernie arrived within an hour. They kept me informed every step of the way, fixed the issue, and gave me great advice in moving forward to avoid the issue again. I went ahead and signed up for a maintenance agreement because I was so impressed with their work and professionalism.

We had a great experience with Service Experts and, specifically, our assigned technician, Todd Bloomer. While replacing the kitchen sink faucet that was broken (we provided the replacement), his inspection of the entire fixture, including under the sink, revealed a broken valve as well, which was also replaced (he procured). We appreciate Todd's diligence, professionalism, and excellent communication during his visits. A great job!

Had a plumbing leak on a Sunday morning in Carrollton. Dylan responded very quickly and had a logical recommendation to fix the reason for the leak, not just fix the leak. Thanks, Dylan and Service Experts. Good job.
Very Professional and Considerate
Abdiel P was sent to help me with my tub spout. I was trying to fix this myself but wasn’t able to remove the spout from the wall. I appreciate him taking the time to truly look at my options instead of going with the most expensive like the 2 others plumbing services did. He finished the job in about an hour. He was very professional and considerate, making sure to clean up any mess afterwards. I will definitely be using you in the future and will be telling all my friends if they need any plumbing services. Thank you for making the quick, painless and inexpensive as possible.
We Have Had Continued Positive Experiences
We have had continued positive experiences! Just recently our AC went out during 100° weather and they were able to get us scheduled the same day. Our technician Jay was great to work with. Despite an almost 2 hour drive due to rush hour from his last job to get to our house, he had a great attitude and was nothing but helpful and kind. He got our AC back up and running in no time! We will continue to use them and recommend for both maintenance and repairs.
Service Is King
Excellent service. Informative about what failed and what can be done, not just replace the AC. Service is King. Be careful of a cheaper price, because you will pay for it later in service. I got 3 quotes and they were all competitive, but none beat the service that Service Experts offers.

Very prompt and courteous service. I have had my air conditioner fixed and now some plumbing issues that they handled quickly. All the employees that have come to the house have been super nice. David was super helpful on getting the part in for my air conditioner and getting it fixed as swiftly as possible and Bradley for the plumbing.

My A/C quit, needing a technician, not a repairman from an advertised company that ends up with high cost and a sales pitch on item(s) that require a second opine. "Service Experts" was a great decision as the expert (Abel) arrived on time, with tool bag and knowing where to look, found the problem in 5 minutes. Replaced the "capacitor" with a multi-rating run model with a 5-year warranty plus waivered the service call and the total charge was less than expected. Abel volunteered an explanation regarding the service and tune-up. I fully recommend "Service Experts" for any home maintenance repairs.
These people really have a heart
OMG!!! These people really have a heart and a love for their customers. My situation was dire. My air stopped working all of a sudden and I thought I was going to die because it was so hot. I was ringing wet in sweat. Bradley, who is really cute by the way, and I didn't get the other guy's name, but he was a cutie pie too, found the issue fast!! In no time, my A/C was back up and running. They came out very late to make sure I didn't have to suffer another night. This was a totally unexpected expense... All I can say is God sent me two angels. Please give these guys a raise! I recommend this company 1000%. They will always be blessed because they care about people🥰

Sebastian & Peter came out 8/11/26 to our system for a station that wasn't working. They did a diagnostic on all stations to be thorough and then quoted and did the repairs (replaced valve). They did a great job and a thorough cleanup as well. I asked for a quote to do a revamp on a mix of heads I've replaced over the years so the valves & system work more efficiently. Much appreciated both their support and working through our Texas heat!!

After being given a wrong diagnosis on my HVAC unit, their technician came out, diagnosed the system, and the problem ended up being far less than I was told. If you need a second opinion, please call them! Do not pay for expensive repairs without a second opinion!
