Tony did an incredible and thorough job
Tony did an incredible and thorough job checking my air conditioner yesterday. He spent almost four hours here working on the air conditioner, even taking off all the panels, coming back and forth in the house to the thermostat and measuring the air flow and the temperatures coming out of the vents. Then he gave me a thorough report on what he measured and what he did and showed me his instruments and what they showed. I am very confident in his work and that my A/C is working properly. Then I received an extensive report in my email.

They Came Up With a Solution
We have a swamp cooler problem, and we asked the Dukes of Air to take a look at it. During season, our swamp coolers leak from the overflow or somewhere and spill onto our roof and then run down the downspouts, and the parking lot is always wet. They came up with a solution that will keep us dry. We are still waiting for the landlord to agree to their part but can hardly wait to have it installed. They arrived promptly and came up with a solution that had stumped other companies. Well done.

Updating our review based on the recent service in June 2026. We had a summer tune-up done on our ~5-year-old system. Travis did a thorough inspection and answered all our questions - found no issues with our system. Unfortunately, within a few days one of our units stopped working - AZD sent the tech the very next day. Tom was very professional and found the issue that the capacitor stopped working and promptly replaced it. Tom also did a thorough water wash of the 2 systems outside. The system now functions very well. I would continue to recommend AZ Duke for AC related services.

They came for a regularly scheduled AC service/checkup. They arrived slightly early, after the usual notification phone call. The tech, Kyle, was courteous and efficient. He replaced a bad capacitor on one of my three units. The charge was less than half of what another company charged me for the same part 2 years ago. I highly recommend Arizona Dukes of Air!

One of my units was running constantly, still cooling but never shutting off. Dukes of Air came out the day after I called and fixed the problem. It was my oldest AC unit, but it should get me through the rest of this summer. Their price for refrigerant was much lower than a previous quote from another company. I'm sticking with Arizona Dukes of Air!
