Dukes has been our provider for years, and they are always on top of getting us scheduled for maintenance. They do an awesome job of keeping you in the loop and will send text updates. Glenn was supposed to do a standard maintenance service, but then he found something that needed to be replaced. Thankfully, he had the part with him, and he was able to do it at the same time! It was great that he had it already and saved both of us another trip. He was awesome and very helpful.

We have used AZ Dukes of Air for at least 10 years. Our initial installation was great. They didn't let trash accumulate like a lot of contractors. They did the job well and very professionally. We've had a service contract since the beginning. Our unit gets inspected twice a year. Every single technician seems happy, very friendly and do a great job. If we could give 10 stars we would.

From site survey to quote to install, these folks are the best. Got our systems installed in just one week after accepting quote. Took only 5 hours start to finish for the install. Pricing was fair and the sales process was no pressure. The install team was great, more than professional, and were fast, efficient, and friendly. If we had to do it all again, our decisions would be the same. And that says a lot.

If you are lucky to get Dustin come to your home for service call, rest assured he will resolve any problem you may have with your HVAC system. On August 26, we had no air conditioning in our home and our Ecobee thermostat sent me a text while we were out of town. I called Dukes of Air and they dispatched Dustin to our home the next day. He fixed the problem right away. Dustin is so professional, knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have about your HVAC system (even the best filters you'll need to optimize your HVAC). Thank you, Dustin, for your help and Brittnie for help in scheduling our next maintenance service call!
