Nice to have things done on a timely basis
We joined Fras Air last year; it’s nice to have things done on a timely basis. I needed a part replaced in the downstairs unit; the technician arrived in the expected window and completed the job. I do believe some of the cell phone use and conversations the technician was having could have been avoided and the job could’ve been done faster. Regardless, he was a nice gentleman and there were no issues.
