Logan and the other gentleman were very knowledgeable and helpful. We really weren’t sure what was wrong with it, but our heat was working fine when they left, so we were happy!

Water heater repair, after sending out a young tech and him not doing as he should. After some persistent calls and talking with Tan and about two weeks later, she sent out Mr. Bill Miller, the "FIXER." He fixed the water heater as it should have been. The work was warranty, and they refunded my money. Very happy customer.
