Great Service
I had an issue with my air conditioner unit today with the compressor shutting off due to power flickering. Due to the hot weather, the technicians were totally booked for the next several days, but after working through their schedule, they managed to squeeze us in this afternoon and came and fixed the problem in short order. Great service!
My experience was timeless
My experience with the Service Experts technician was timeless. He showed up on appointment and proceeded with the inspection for my unit, didn't lag around nor look for shade, for there wasn't any shade nearby, didn't rush, nor waste time. I signed my approval and he was on his way to finish his day wherever, etc.
The Service Workers Were Outstanding
Final review = 5 ⭐️’s. Had a few misunderstandings concerning existing contract. Talked to Manager David, and issue resolved. The Service Workers were outstanding. 5 stars on them for sure! Overall they did a very good job. 👍🏾

The service techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They took time to explain the service from removal of the old unit to the installation of the new unit. He also helped program and install the app on my phone.

I had the best service ever! The technician was on time, very knowledgeable about my system, and did an excellent job.
Eric was very professional
The Service Experts technician Eric showed up as scheduled. He installed the part that had kept our AC unit from running since Monday. The total time from start to finish was an hour. Eric was very professional, got to work promptly, checked out the unit to see if it was running properly after installing the needed part, and left after explaining what he had done. I would use him again.

Clear communication on why and what was needed (Simon and Justin); service began within 48 hours. The installation crew (Irvin, Owen, Charlie, and Ethan) were clean, professional, efficient, trustworthy, considerate, and then some.
Highly recommend!
Our air conditioner began leaking on Saturday afternoon, and they were here Sunday morning to check things out. Monday morning, they arrived to install a new HVAC system. All the workers were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They replaced another system (we have two) in our home two years ago. Highly recommend!

The service guy was real nice
I found out today that Freedom Air had merged, but the new company is honoring their warranty. I thought my warranty was over, but the service technician checked and advised me that I still had 4 years left on it, so what would have been a $500 charge only cost me $90. The service guy was real nice.
