I'm Extremely Happy With My Gordon's Experience
Learning I needed a new HVAC system was not what I wanted to hear. But I truly believe that George Adams did everything he could to try and help my old unit make it one more season before he gave me the bad news. George was super kind and empathetic, and arranged for immediate help from Ben Smith to explain $ options, even though it was late at night. Ben was amazing. He worked magic to help me with discounts and didn't try to oversell, which I appreciated. When I called him the next morning and asked if he would have a 3-way call with me and a trusted friend, he didn't hesitate. I'm extremely happy with my Gordon's experience. From the ease of making an online appointment and getting help the next morning, being kept informed of when folks would show up, the care I received from George and Ben, the openness and lack of pressure I felt in the conversations about systems and payment options, the Advantage program, the professionalism and hard work of the technicians who performed the installations (I wish I could remember their names, they were fantastic in a difficult outside situation that was more than they bargained for), and the product itself. I'm cool again in the Oklahoma heat and I recommend Gordon's without hesitation.

Mike Boyle arrived Thursday afternoon 4/2 and cleared my kitchen drain that had clogged overnight while the dishwasher drained. It was draining very slow. He ran the snake down the drain and it now runs great. He also replaced the air vent located under the sink. Water was running full force and draining great. Mike was punctual and knowledgeable of plumbing issues. I highly recommend him.
