Michael Boyle is the best plumber I have dealt with at this company. He knows tankless water heaters! If you have a problem, ask for only him!!! The first plumber in two years of having this tankless water heater that immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it, and it was an easy fix!!! I have not had hot water for two years and have called and had many plumbers come out, and none of them knew what the issue was until today! He has restored my faith in this company. Professionally Installed and Running
Gordon's Service Experts sent Mike Boyle out today to service my garbage disposal, which was leaking and out of placement. Mr. Boyle came in a very timely manner and reviewed the issue; he found the motor was worn out and let me know the steps Gordon's takes to get a new one installed. I agreed, and within just a bit of time today, my new disposal was professionally installed and running. I appreciate Mr. Boyle's knowledge, confidence and professionalism. I’ve Always Had Wonderful Service
I’ve always had wonderful service from Gordon’s! Their local office staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of how to get you on the schedule quickly and affordably. The service I received today (11/18) was heater routine maintenance. My tech - Jose O. - arrived in the time window, and he texted updates on his arrival very timely. He was super professional in his presentation and explanations. He got my maintenance done quickly, and he did a wonderful job of telling/showing me what he did. His recommendations for maintenance (beyond what my contract covers) was very helpful. I’d gladly have Gordon’s send Jose back for any additional maintenance or repair.
(I’ll note the price shown in this review is roughly half of my maintenance contract overall.)
