Jimmy Stingley did an incredible job as usual. We've had him out with Gordon's before and he always delivers. He installed some local water cutoffs in our bathroom and they work great!
They did an excellent job
Jed and Manny installed a new HVAC system (heat pump, A/C, air handler and thermostat) today. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication was clear and thorough. They were polite and took the time to explain everything very clearly. They talked us through operating the new system and helped us connect to the thermostat via Bluetooth. We are Advantage Plan customers and have been using Gordon’s for almost 30 years. They still provide outstanding service every time.
I Will Call Him in the Future
Jimmy from Gordon's has been at my home several times recently to fix a few plumbing problems. This last time, he easily diagnosed the problems with my kitchen faucet. He took the time to explain the issues and how to remedy them without it costing me a lot of money.
I will call him in the future for any other problems that arise and happily recommend him and/or Gordon's to anyone needing a plumber.
We Have Always Been Happy
We had our plumbing serviced because we have a water softener and tankless water heater. Our plumber was Michael Boyle. He was polite, courteous, and did not dawdle. He didn't find problems that weren't there. We pay 14.99 a month for an advantage plan so we can get this done twice a year. We have always been happy with Gordon's Service Experts.
Prompt and Courteous Service
We had our HVAC system maintenance done this stormy morning by Hernan, and he did not let the weather deter him from getting the job done! He was prompt and courteous! He let me know exactly what he was planning on doing, and when the job was finished, he let me know everything he did. He then sent a detailed email describing what was done, with pictures. We are happy we are with Gordon's with service like that!

A Consummate Professional From the Jump
We found out that we had a slab leak, which was devastating news, especially right before the holidays. We reached out to Gordon’s, and Mike Boyle was the plumber assigned to help us. He was a consummate professional from the jump. We called out a leak detection company at his recommendation, and when they had located the leak, Mike made sure to fit us in as soon as possible to begin work.
The day of the repair, he communicated promptly to let us know when he was heading our way, and he persevered with wholehearted digging when we found out that the spot marked by the locators was not directly above the leak. He ended up digging a hole the size of a grown man in order to actually access the leak, all the while minimizing extra costs by working around walls and even the carpet boards so that we didn’t have to spend extra fixing the floors when he was done.
He was thorough and even took the time to explain to us other related issues we might face due to the water’s spread. He made sure to leave us with companies that could help us in those areas.
While I wouldn’t recommend having a slab leak, I would definitely recommend Gordon’s and Mike Boyle, specifically, for his expertise and earnest work to leave the job well done.
