Still Great Service!
Greg and Keith from Knochelmann came out to Monroe to service our AC unit. They were very professional by telling what they needed to do and asking permission before accessing. Also very kind and easy to talk to. Quick edit... I guess I accidentally edited my review from a year ago, seeing as the response was from a year ago! Geez! Me and technology! Oh well, still great service! All the guys, including Greg and Keith today, have been super fantastic!
Will never use anyone else!
Our air conditioner went out on Sunday. Brian was here first thing Monday morning, called to give a heads up, and was right on time. Very informative and very polite and knowledgeable! Will never use anyone else!
