Did we want to spend the money on a new unit? No, but were we forced to because of new regulations and the inability to repair our 8-year-old unit? YES.
The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Matt was very honest with us about our situation and stayed the entire time we met with the salesperson, Chant, on a Saturday nonetheless. We were very impressed that by this afternoon (a day and a half later) our unit is in and working. The team that did the install was wonderful from start to finish. I work remotely from my home office and not once did I feel like them working was a disruption. I was informed of every step and given a tutorial of the new thermostat, as well as the offer to return if I had trouble with the app working the new thermostat.
Yes, our pockets are a little less full, but we now have peace of mind going into the hot months that we will be taken care of with no extra costs to us since we chose the Advantage package option for our new unit.
Thank you to the team of men who worked so hard to get this done and cleaned up like nothing was done at all. In a world full of customer no service, I am delighted to say we received great customer service.

Me again. Well, the old girl has been put to rest after 14 years... RIP. The tag team of Bryan and David came over last week to replace the old girl with a new Lennox system. Larger, stronger. After a few bumps over 3 days, it looks like we have a fully operational battle star. When you have no cool air for a time, you realize just how important it is in our lives down here. Bryan, David, Wes, and Eric were all over getting us back in the cool zone. Dedicated individuals who cared about their customers. Our sales rep Doug stepped in with some portable cool air to get us through some less than comfortable nights. All in all, it looks like things are sailing in smooth waters. My advice if you are on the brink of needing a system change... do it when it's cool! This will be a lot less painful in the event there are equipment problems. Overall a job well done by the teams at Service Experts. As I have stated in past reviews... if you need someone you can trust with your HVAC system, these are the guys you want. Ric... out!

Donnie and JT from Midland Air are very professional and courteous and provided some very helpful and great info on my heating and air unit for our rental property. These two gentlemen even went as far as to explain to me about a UV air scrubber system to help eliminate dust, mildew, and possible mold from growing within the system, especially for those of us that live in this part of South Carolina where temp and humidity fluctuates drastically. Talk about being honest even with unit upsale to solve problem, which is worth it. Kudos, Midland Air, for sending two great guys to help and solve my air system problem.
