Professional and friendly every time
We have been with Roland J. Down for many years. They service our heating and cooling, and provide plumbing services. We have had them install 2 major systems in our home, as well as routine maintenance and repair over the years. Our most recent experiences were with Jeff and Jett, who installed a new kitchen sink for us yesterday, and helped me replace my drain mat and under-sink shelving storage. They did a great job, and I was very pleased. Today, Angel came out to deliver salt for our water softener. He carried the 5 bags down to our basement, and poured the salt for us too. Angel, Jeff, and Jett were all very professional and friendly.

The technicians were fantastic
The technicians were great, explained everything, were very professional, very knowledgeable, very courteous, so I would rate them a five. But as far as customer service, they quoted me the wrong amount for the service call, so I was very disappointed, because I had already budgeted out what I was going to pay, so I was taken aback by it. But as far as the technicians went, they were fantastic. I will be using this company again because I was very impressed with the technicians.

I had some leaking from my water and waste pipe, the toilet was running, and I needed a couple spigots repaired. Angel conducted my initial assessment; he was very knowledgeable and efficient. On the day of repair, he and Hector had everything fixed and running in a decent time. I will definitely be using their services again.

I have only used Roland J. Down Service for a short time but am very pleased. They recently replaced my AC unit without issue in a short amount of time. I had to work and they worked independently, and I came back to everything as I left it. They even secured my dogs' safety.

Great! During an annual exam, Ron and Jordan discovered a problematic leak within our 18-year-old condenser. Ron said they could either trace the leak or replace the system at a time of our choosing. Justin and Walter replaced the whole system in 4.5 hours! Everyone was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were very impressed and couldn't be more satisfied with the work and the product.
