I've dealt with RJD previously. They installed a new heating/AC years ago. Recently, my furnace wouldn't work after a power outage. RJD sent Triv, their technician, to fix it. He temporarily made it work and ordered new parts, then came back 2 days later and installed the new parts. Triv, their technician, was knowledgeable and very courteous. I will call RJD for service in the future and highly recommend them.

Always reliable and professional service
Been using Roland J Down for years, always reliable and professional service. Another good experience recently for some water heater troubles. I called at 9 a.m. on a Friday about having no hot water; Dale and Zhairon were at my door by 10:45. They were both friendly and professional, checked the unit out thoroughly, and determined it was a failed check valve. Got things up and running temporarily while we wait for the replacement part to arrive.

I recently found myself in dire need of a furnace. My first clue was no heat. I began my arduous task of shopping around and comparing companies. Roland J. Down by far exceeded my expectations with price for a new one. This info was given to me after the information related to cost to keep my 23 year gas burner running (if that were my choice). Advice was offered as well as various ways to support me in replacing it with a new one. Glen was extremely patient and thorough on his explanations of the parts needed if I were to consider repair. I chose to replace and am grateful for the attention, speed, and understandings of the whole process as well as the continued help by support staff at Roland J. Down. Within 24 hours I once again had heat in my home. I highly recommend Roland J. Down.

Whole House Electrical Inspection
R.J. Downes recently offered a new service that involves a whole house electrical inspection. Our inspector, Patrick Ravida, a retired master electrician, was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain his findings in layman’s terms. There was no charge for this service, though if there are significant issues found, there is a service charge.
Prompt, punctual, professional service
Venkatesh was on time, polite, and very thorough. We thought we could have a pipe leak, but he confirmed we did not. He also looked at our washer because I asked him, but he didn’t have to.
