Antonio was top notch
We contacted the company and we actually had an appointment the same exact day. Our service technician Antonio Stella was very courteous and prompt. I brought him to the basement to check for gas leaks, which he was able to detect. I then brought him upstairs to the kitchen where he was also able to detect a gas leak behind our stove. He contacted customer service and was able to schedule maintenance for the three leaks to be fixed within the next two days. Thankfully these leaks are not too bad. They have been very kind and honest, and I would recommend them to anyone. Antonio was top notch and he was able to ease my 75-year-old mother's mind. This is the second company that has come to look at the issue and with the first we never heard back from. Thank you, Roland J. Down, for your excellent service.

Great Service from Knowledgeable Techs!
Great service from knowledgeable techs! When here to replace our AC system, the power went out before they arrived. They brought a generator with them so the job could be done as scheduled. Fortunately, the power came back just when they started, but what a comfort to know they were well prepared.

I had a very pleasant experience with Roland J Down, specifically Avi and Caleb, the technicians.
They installed a boiler for me a few years back and it had all sorts of issues with parts that were still under warranty. They stood by their service, coming out no less than five times to assess and fix issues at no additional cost to me. They were patient and provided good service for the value!

We had great service
We had great service. Salesman Brian Silvia was wonderful, answered all our questions, probably asked way too many, but he answered them all. Quick to schedule an appointment for us, they were here within a week. Nick and Brian were friendly and professional, did a great job. They were here a couple of hours, old unit removed and new unit installed, job was done very well.

This installation gets five stars based on speed and professionalism alone. From initial contact to installation in four days, and everyone - from the office staff, to the technicians who made the initial visit, to the technicians who did the installation - was thorough, polite, and professional.
The confidence that provides as a homeowner is priceless - although technically we did sign a contract for the installation and there was obviously a price for that.
The technician was outstanding
I have had my new furnace and AC installed by another company but keep Roland J down for maintenance as I trust them better. The technician was outstanding in his professionalism, manner, and work. He even diagnosed a wrong welding done by the other company. The maintenance program makes me feel safe and in good hands. 👍

Ven was great and very personable
Had a service call for a leaky hot water heater. Ven also found, besides the top leaks, there was a leak within the tank that was leaking on the bottom. Ven was great, but also very personable. Next day, Rick and Michael installed a new hot water heater. There were initially some problems, which they quickly resolved. They did a great job and explained everything well.

Brad, the Technician Was Phenomenal
Brad, the technician, was phenomenal! Thorough, efficient, professional, and very mannerly. Would highly recommend him and request him for future service. However, the salesperson, Brian, did not need to accompany him. He seemed to be interested in quoting a price for a new unit, and I didn’t feel it necessary for him to accompany the technician. I don’t think it’s proper for him to request to use our bathroom when there is a gas station and Stewart’s five minutes away. Again, Brad was outstanding!
Very pleased with the quality of work
We replaced our furnace and central air unit in 2026. They respond quick, communicate well, and use quality systems like Lennox. We are very pleased with the quality of work done as well. All staff were friendly and helpful. They can be a little pricier than other companies but well worth it in my opinion. I would highly recommend using this company.

My yearly service was performed in a professional and knowledgeable manner. The service experts also took the time to answer any questions I had.
Service Was Excellent and Well Worth It
Dale & Andrew serviced and cleaned our propane heater, and they did a great job. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. The heater is now putting out wonderful heat, and the thermostat is working perfectly. We were very happy with the quality of their work and felt the price was very fair.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they arrived about 2½ hours later than expected, so we ended up waiting most of the morning and part of the afternoon. That said, once they arrived, the service was excellent and well worth it.
Overall, a very positive experience, and I would gladly recommend them for propane heater service and repairs.
