Serviceman was Joshua. It is the first time he has serviced our HVAC unit. I was very impressed with this young man. He was very professional and explained a lot of things that the other servicemen never brought up. He is a very good man to have in your service department.

Very professional system check
Service Experts has been doing our furnace and air conditioning service for years (and installed systems). Abel came out yesterday and did a very professional semiannual system check. Fast, efficient. We should be good for the next six months.
Thank you for getting me up and running
My furnace had an issue because the builder got drywall on the board, so they had to replace the board in one visit, and then in a second visit they had to make a couple adjustments to line up to the original board and add AC coolant, which should’ve been done by the builder. Thank you very much for getting me up and running.

Our furnace stopped working back in May, and we had a company come out only to tell us we needed a whole new unit at $12k. We've been saving up for the replacement but decided to call Service Experts for a second opinion, and we are so glad we did. Thankfully, we only needed a small part replaced. Josh & Brayden saved us a ton of money, and we do not need a new furnace! So thankful for honest people!!!

The tech, Paul, came out and checked my unit. After seeing that it was frozen, he instructed me to run just the fan and then he'd come back the following day. I had an emergency HVAC situation late Saturday night, and they were able to get a technician out Sunday morning, with the whole issue being resolved by early Monday morning at a reasonable price. Can't ask for much more than that; they did an excellent job.
