Wonderful experience with Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning. William was exceptionally patient in addressing our questions and carefully reviewing the available options for a new HVAC system. We obtained four bids, and of all the sales representatives we met, he was the most knowledgeable and the most thorough in performing the necessary calculations and explaining the details.
The installation crew, CJ and Caryl, were professional, hardworking, and courteous. They maintained a clean work area and ensured that every item on the checklist was completed to our satisfaction. Additionally, the manager, Jay, stopped by to address further questions, which was greatly appreciated.
I would not hesitate to contact this company again for future installation needs.

We had Service Experts come out for a consultation for hot water heater replacement. Mike was able to assess our current water heater and point out concerns he saw. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions or concerns we had and was able to give us a number of options to fit our need.
Installed a new unit in one day
They came out and installed a new unit in one day! I had no heat at all. This was going on throughout the snow until 02/10/26. I had a new heating/AC unit and duct system installed, also thermostat as well. They were so awesome and efficient, courteous, and very professional. These three guys worked so amazingly well together to get my unit installed in one day. Cleaned up my yard. Everything was spotless when they left. I would absolutely, without a doubt, recommend this company to anyone for heating & air. Thank you CJ, Caryl and Omar for making it a pleasure experience!

I lost power during the coldest time of our winter. I do have the home maintenance plan with Enbridge. Service Experts arrived as soon as possible. The part needed was in stock and installed within a reasonable time. Service repairman, Jose, did a wonderful job, was professional, and showed me photos of inside my unit and explained what it needed and answered my questions. The best part, beside Jose getting my heat working again, is that all costs were covered by the maintenance plan! Thank you Jose and Service Experts!
Installed a Tankless Hot Water Heater
John and Stefen installed a tankless hot water heater for us and kept us updated throughout the day and were very helpful walking us through both what to expect and how best to take advantage of our new product.
