Service done in 1 day vs. 3+ weeks
Another service provider has taken over 3 weeks to service my Lennox system in 90+ degree heat. Service Experts was able to come out in 1 day, give me a quote and get one system back online. I am waiting on the other provider to complete the service on my other unit because it's covered by my home warranty. Once that is complete I will cancel my warranty and sign up for Service Experts' maintenance package. Very impressed.
Drain cleared, but prices are really high
We had been dealing with a clogged drain for a while and decided to get it looked at. Craig was able to clear the drain using the snake; now our drain works perfectly. He even checked the pipes under the crawl space to ensure that the problem did not start there. Our only concern is that your prices are really high, especially with my 15% discount. Maybe you can offer a higher discount. My husband and I are on a fixed income and will need to get a second opinion the next time we need a plumber. Thank you.

I had a problem with a leaking bathroom sink faucet. Technician Johnathan of Service Experts was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem perfectly! I also needed a hand held shower head to be installed in my shower, which I couldn't do myself. I was so happy to now have my bathroom back the way I wanted it! I would totally recommend Service Experts any day of the week.

The work done by the Service Technician Mohammed Serhani on Aug. 4, 2026, was outstanding. He was truly focused on finding the cause of my A/C drain line clog. It took quite a bit of work, but he did find the causes (plural) and fixed the problem, for which I am truly grateful! I would recommend Service Experts and the Technician Mohammed for HVAC maintenance & repair needs!
I Am Cool Again!
I am cool again! Called on Saturday afternoon and Tyler responded Saturday evening. The blower motor blew along with the board, but luckily it was still under warranty (installed 9.9 months ago). The parts arrived and Tyler returned today to install. Excellent service!

The new heat pump seems to be working great
7/2/2026 I had a new Lennox heat pump installed. The original appointment with the maintenance guy, Viktor D, came out and inspected my old unit that had stopped working. He took pictures and explained in great detail how I needed a new unit. Temperature outside in 100’s while I waited with no air conditioning. So hot in my house. They helped me by installing a small air conditioning unit that fit through my window until the new unit was installed. I had to wait a couple weeks while it was ordered. That window unit really helped me with that heat so high until the new unit was installed. Maintenance guy back to my house again today (7/30) to help me understand the thermostat better. The new heat pump seems to be working great. That was so nice. I’m very happy with them. I’ll have 2 maintenance guys back out to inspect under the house the next year, now included in the price. Viktor D so nice. I’m pleased with company.

Patrick Holland came to my home and identified the source of a leak in the A/C unit in my attic. He worked very hard to clear up the problem. He did a great job in explaining the issue to me. He was also very courteous and professional.
They Came Out Promptly
I called them for a broken water heater, and they came out promptly. Our technician Brooke was very easy to work with. The only surprise was that there was a service call charge that was not mentioned when I initially made the appointment.
