Technician was very knowledgeable
The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. I had a very old toilet, which took extra effort to remove the old wax. The total cost, which includes hand augering and installing a premium toilet (Cadet Pro American Standard) with a soft-close lid, with a member discount, was $2053.60.

I am very happy with Stevenson Service. Our water quit working on a Sunday evening. I made an appointment online and Stan arrived at about noon the next day. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the pressure regulator. Stevenson is great and we will always ask for Stan. He is truly the professional we were looking for.

The gentlemen that installed my furnace, HVAC, tankless water heater, and softener did a wonderful job. They were polite and very efficient. They cleaned up everything and put anything moved back.
I would highly recommend
Dan and Justin came out quickly when our furnace went out. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided us some information to ensure our furnace issue doesn’t happen again. They were originally supposed to come between 8 p.m.–midnight, but they were able to get here by 6 p.m. I would highly recommend.

My furnace was not working correctly and Tim Tupta came in and did a great job of going over it and helping me set up the thermostat for monitoring.

These people are always so nice and respectful. Today (2/3/26) Michael Mullins was the tech who came out and checked everything and changed our filter. We've been customers for a couple years now and have never regretted that decision!

Bryan did a fantastic job
Bryan did a fantastic job. My hot water heater was 12 years beyond its life span and I noticed gas fumes. Bryan arrived at my house within 40 minutes of my phone call, and we agreed upon the cost to install a new unit. Asking when installation would occur (being 4:30 PM), I was pleased to learn that he would do the work that evening. By the time Bryan made the trip back to his warehouse for the water heater, removed the old one, replumbed all the piping to accommodate the new one, it was 11:00 PM. I encouraged him to go home and get some rest and return tomorrow. Bryan refused, wanting to make certain that I had hot water and the gas was back on for our furnace. I really appreciated his concern and dedication. I purchased a new furnace from Stevenson the end of 2024 and those who did the installation were no different than Bryan. Proficient, concerned about not damaging anything, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
