Most friendly and knowledgeable
Niko was a super technician! Right away he discussed what he was there to do. As he worked on our AC/HEAT maintenance, he made recommendations for using a different filter to give us longer use for it. He also highly recommended that we get a surge protector in case power is ever lost. Honestly, of all the technicians who have come here, he has been the most friendly and knowledgeable.

Very honest and good company
Todd called a little before my appointment time to verify he was coming. He took about 45 minutes and verified everything was in good shape. My AC unit is only about 3 years old. Last spring another company came out and told me I needed 2 new $400 motors. AZ Dukes of Air proved the other company was BS-ing me. Very honest and good company.

Honest Techs, No Aggressive Upsells
Having been a Dukes of Air customer for a few years for services, including a new unit from them, I also signed up for 3-year maintenance plans on both of my AC units and on the plumbing system. So far, I've not experienced excessive (or aggressive) upsells on things that weren't needed. I feel like the techs have been honest and that they aren't motivated by padding their work; a rarity in today's service ecosystem.
