Very honest and good company
Todd called a little before my appointment time to verify he was coming. He took about 45 minutes and verified everything was in good shape. My AC unit is only about 3 years old. Last spring another company came out and told me I needed 2 new $400 motors. AZ Dukes of Air proved the other company was BS-ing me. Very honest and good company.

Honest Techs, No Aggressive Upsells
Having been a Dukes of Air customer for a few years for services, including a new unit from them, I also signed up for 3-year maintenance plans on both of my AC units and on the plumbing system. So far, I've not experienced excessive (or aggressive) upsells on things that weren't needed. I feel like the techs have been honest and that they aren't motivated by padding their work; a rarity in today's service ecosystem.

Dukes has been our provider for years, and they are always on top of getting us scheduled for maintenance. They do an awesome job of keeping you in the loop and will send text updates. Glenn was supposed to do a standard maintenance service, but then he found something that needed to be replaced. Thankfully, he had the part with him, and he was able to do it at the same time! It was great that he had it already and saved both of us another trip. He was awesome and very helpful.

Every single technician seems happy
We have used AZ Dukes of Air for at least 10 years. Our initial installation was great. They didn't let trash accumulate like a lot of contractors. They did the job well and very professionally. We've had a service contract since the beginning. Our unit gets inspected twice a year. Every single technician seems happy, very friendly and do a great job. If we could give 10 stars we would.
