Above and beyond customer service
Evan was great! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and just a genuinely cool guy. He took his time explaining the different membership options to us and gave his HONEST opinion on which one made the most sense for us… and it wasn’t even the most expensive option. We ended up going with the Maintenance+ membership.
I really appreciated that I didn’t get any “sales” vibes from him at all. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t make us feel like he was just trying to upsell us. He was straightforward, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood everything before making a decision. AND he fixed our issue really fast once everything was finalized. Fast service is always great, BUT above and beyond customer service wins it every time and Evan delivered it all!!!
Overall, just a really good experience. Evan was professional, honest, and easy to talk to. Definitely appreciate his help and would recommend him! Unfortunately for him, I’ll be requesting him every time I call for service LOL.
Did an excellent job
Our LG&E water heater coverage, which I highly recommend getting, contracted through United Plumbing, evaluated our water heater issue, which was a GE brand installed in 2008 by the previous homeowner. They determined it needed to be replaced. Nick, the service tech, came out and removed our old water heater, replaced it with a highly rated and very efficient Lochinvar water heater, and did an excellent job. Thanks for the great service.

We had a plumbing backup issue and a hot water heater issue in the span of several weeks. All the plumbers that came out from United to resolve both issues were professional and knowledgeable! They not only resolved the issues but for the plumbing backup gave suggestions today on how to prevent it going forward. They are my preferred plumbing company. HomeServe should send them out for every plumbing issue.

Overall, they did a great job
The HomeServe representatives took a picture BEFORE they did the work, but they did not replant the plants in the same place as the BEFORE picture. They did fix it once I called this to their attention. They did not put as much space between the plants as needed, but OVERALL, they did a great job professionally, technically, efficiently, and with good communication. The picture attached is the BEFORE picture from July 2025. No changes have been made to the landscape since that date. Their AFTER picture will show what I am talking about. Overall, considering the snow and ice that they worked in, they did a great job, therefore the 5 star rating.
