I had a wonderful experience with Service Experts. When I called to schedule an air conditioner appointment the day before yesterday, the customer service representative was very attentive. They arranged a time on that same day between 12 and 4 p.m. The technician, Hassan, arrived on time, thoroughly checked everything, and fixed the issue right away. They also informed me of a promotion, so the visit was free, and I got a link to track his arrival. I highly recommend their service!

Hassan visited today only to replace some filters, but I had some technical questions about how the system works with separate zones. He patiently explained what was happening and even apologized for perhaps giving me more information than I wanted. He didn't!

All Techs Are the Greatest
All techs are the greatest. Marlon did a great job in maintenance on my gas heater. Highly recommend. Everything is good. I will be calling for my air conditioning to be maintained in the summer. Great working with a company that knows their job. Once again I used Stallion for an AC maintenance and Hassan Matthews did a great job. Everything is OK with my AC. Steven Brown was also very helpful in information about the services that Stallion has to offer. Both gentlemen did a great job. I will be seeing Stallion for more business on my house for future maintenance.
Excellent Experience with Service Experts
Excellent experience with Service Experts (Wesley Wood as we know them). Bought a Netgear Nighthawk modem. It wouldn't connect to my Lennox HVAC app. Spent 4 hours on the phone with both companies and neither helped. I called Service Experts - Alan showed up the next day and had it working in 15 minutes, and at a great price as well.

It was time for our annual service on the A/C system and Matt Delay went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He explained all the service that was performed and made sure the unit was operating at full efficiency. I have rarely seen anyone more dedicated when providing a service! He is a gem!!
Decades of Reliable Service
I've called upon Service Experts Philadelphia (formerly Wesley Wood Service Experts) for decades, and I look forward to doing so for the foreseeable future. Over the years, they've maintained my house's HVAC system and replaced it as needed. Today, they got my system ready for the summer. It was a pleasure to work with the technician. He arrived on time, answered my questions, and completed his work quickly. I have an annual service contract, so I just paid $76 for a new filter.

We Have Never Been Disappointed
We had our heating/cooling system replaced on June 14 by Georgie, Jim, and Dave. They arrived when they said they would. All three of them were very friendly, professional, and well-organized. We've been customers of Wesley Wood for the past 26+ years and we can honestly say that they have never disappointed us. Great job, guys.
Updated review of Wesley Wood's recent preventative maintenance visit by Kevis Smith on 09-05-2025 - Kevis arrived well within the projected two-hour window. He was courteous and professional and very thorough. He did find that the rating of the outdoor condensing unit starting capacitor was out of specification and recommended replacing it. I agreed because I want to make sure the fan and compressor are able to start in the dead of winter. We have been a customer of Wesley Wood Service Experts for over 30 years and have never been disappointed.
