I own two Lennox systems, which aren't too easy to widely support, but visits for routine inspection and cleaning by engineers like Jeremy are welcomed guests to maintain my system. Jeremy was thorough and helpful. Even when delayed by the age of my systems, he still persevered to ensure my system was ready for another season. And he was honest—like, about how the weather affects the measurement of cooling and how, if a part in my system is marginally ready to be repaired, he was honest about the priorities. Called Service Experts to conduct a yearly maintenance tune up for two units. Brandon arrived and did a very extensive tune up and made sure everything was in peak form.
