Wonderful Experience with All Technicians
I have been a member of the maintenance program for a while. Jack came to complete the checkup today. He was on time, polite, and had great communication about my unit. I also had a leaky toilet, and Steven came to look at the repair. He explained my options and gave me a quote. I have had a wonderful experience with all technicians from Donelson Heating and Air.
Would Recommend His Services
Had a leaky shower faucet which was outdated. Steven, plumbing technician, explained how cartridges might be hard to find and, as well, if so, wouldn't be cheap. Opted for faucet replacement at a reasonable price as far as I was concerned. Steven was friendly, knowledgeable, and performed the replacement in good timing. Would recommend his services.
He went above and beyond
Steven was more than helpful with addressing our concerns with our Halo water filtration system. We were worried that something was wrong with the filter. He was prompt in assessing, diagnosing, and kindly educating us on our system. Furthermore, he went above and beyond when we mentioned that our water wasn't very hot at all... He stayed until we finally had hot water! We were incredibly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Thank you for the hot water, Steven!
