Wonderful Experience with All Technicians
I have been a member of the maintenance program for a while. Jack came to complete the checkup today. He was on time, polite, and had great communication about my unit. I also had a leaky toilet, and Steven came to look at the repair. He explained my options and gave me a quote. I have had a wonderful experience with all technicians from Donelson Heating and Air.
Would Recommend His Services
Had a leaky shower faucet which was outdated. Steven, plumbing technician, explained how cartridges might be hard to find and, as well, if so, wouldn't be cheap. Opted for faucet replacement at a reasonable price as far as I was concerned. Steven was friendly, knowledgeable, and performed the replacement in good timing. Would recommend his services.

He was friendly and respectful of me and my property, ensuring to wear shoe covers in the house and pad the feet of the attic ladder to protect my wood floor. He was able to answer all of my questions easily and with confidence.
