Moe was the technical who performed the service call today on my HVAC purchased from Neal Harris in 2020. Moe was professional and cordial and thorough. I had a very good experience with Neal Harris Service Experts. Early Saturday morning my boiler stopped working and the temperature in my house started to plunge. I called for help and boiler tech Anthony Berwick arrived at my house in the early afternoon. He checked out my system and had to order a replacement igniter. Because it was the weekend, the part wasn't available. He improvised with what he had and got my system going again to keep my house warm. The part came in yesterday (Wednesday) and Anthony installed it today in short order. Thanks for the great service at a time when the weather was dangerously cold. Very satisfied.
