Damien Bookal was excellent and fulfilled the 6-month maintenance. The issue I had was another man from the company, initials J.P., tried pushing a sale for a Halo water filtration system. I told him more than once I was not interested.
We mentioned to the tech, Damien, that the heat wasn't working properly throughout the entire house, and he mentioned something about a different blower to my husband, but he never came back in the house to explain it to me; he just left.
Overall great service, but I don't appreciate the extra sales people arriving from Service Experts.
