David V. handled my warranty water heater install and I can't say enough good things about him. He was upfront and honest the entire time — no pressure, no games — and wouldn't accept a single dollar until the job was 100% complete. Clean, professional work, and he took care of the manufacturer warranty coordination so I didn't have to. He was even straight with me that he hadn't installed this exact unit before, then took the time to do it right. After a lot of runaround during this whole process, working with David was the one part that was genuinely easy. Ask for David V. — he's the real deal.

I absolutely love this company! Starting with Nick, who was so kind and professional. He also has a great sense of humor, which eases the stress of home repairs for me. He had to reroute my leaking hot water pipe through my attic, and, when I tell you, he made a major repair seem simple. This company is a class act; they even use their own electricity on their truck while repairing the problem. His assistant, Corey, was just as professional and welcoming. The last company sent Santa, who refused to go into my attic and left me without hot water. Nick and Corey are healthy, buff, and good looking 😜 that was a bonus. Lol! I have been on Service Experts Advantage Plan for a number of years now. I purposely took it because I am getting up there and carrying a ladder to change the filter every month, along with worrying about service and a broken A/C, was becoming worrisome. This plan has relieved all my worries. A technician comes within 24 hours, even when I let them know I can wait. They check, fix, clean, and do whatever needs to be done.
