Work Was Done Quickly and Neatly
We have the Advantage Plan for our water heater and thought I’d see what Service Experts could do with the 3 outside faucets and main shutoff to replace them. Called on Monday morning and was given an appointment on Tuesday from 12–4. Around 11 the company called and asked if the tech could come earlier and I said yes. Leiden was polite and professional. Gave an estimate for the job (which was on the pricey side, $1,000) and he said that wasn’t even counting the main shutoff, he was giving that for free. He left to get the parts and came back about an hour later. The work was done quickly and neatly.

One of the best technicians
The Service Experts technician, Jesus Moreno, went out of his way to inspect our HVAC system and remedied a problem on a previously removed thermostat. He also took the time to explain a better electrostatic filter unit. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He is one of the best, if not the best, technician on the Service Experts staff.🙏👍
Very competent for any plumbing job
Flood sensor for my hot water heater was not working properly, and needed service or replacement, and shower spigot and diverter to be installed. I have been using Admirals Plumbing/Service Experts for some time now and find them very competent to handle any of the plumbing jobs I have requested. They have replaced old shut off valves, installed new faucets, garbage disposals, toilets and hot water heater. The technicians are professional and courteous, and take the time to communicate all details of what they are planning to do. Most appointments are within a 3 hour window, and there is communication up to the time they arrive. Bobbie Teles was my most recent tech, and she lived up to my previous expectations. I recommend this company for plumbing needs.
