Had Nathan Guarino help me evaluate my HVAC system that started failing. He was kind enough to help me save money on a repair and remind me I should still have a warranty for my HVAC, so I should reach out to the original subcontractors that put it in. Not only that, but he helped diagnose the issue and point out that I needed new filters and showed me which ones I should get. Great people! Once I'm out of my warranty and need repairs again, I'm definitely reaching out to this company!

My needs were met to my satisfaction with one exception. I specifically told them I had no need for a sales rep, yet one appeared at the appointment. He spoke with the technician but didn’t try to sell me on a new system. I was not excited that after telling them “no sales rep,” he showed up anyway.

Aramis came out to help figure out my complicated duct system and try to figure out where a leak was coming from. He was very patient and was persistent until he figured out the issue. Mike Mouzone not only put up with my noisy barking dog, but he went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t without light since I have epilepsy. I only called in for a service in my kitchen, but he was able to fix my laundry room light also. Kudos to the Best Service Technician. Mike came out about our electrical problem and thoroughly explained what was going on. He fixed everything and went over what he did before and again after he fixed it! Great guy! I slipped and fell while Mike was here. Bless his heart, he helped me up. Yeah! I'm OK, and so is my electrical home system! Thank you, Mike! I also had plumbing issues, and Izley came yesterday and today for the plumbing. He replaced the water heater and did a great job! He explained our water heater had bacteria in it, and it was causing our smelly water. Bless him, he changed the water heater and fixed our problem! We are happy with our service from Midway Service!
