Moses Martinez was the lead technician on a service call to replace one of our hot water heaters that had failed. The hot water heaters are located in the attic, so it's not an easy job. Moses was very efficient, communicated everything he was going to do, and did a great job (with help from Noah). He answered all of my questions regarding preventive maintenance and left no sign that they had just replaced the hot water heater, with the exception that we had hot water again.
